Yelp5We are so happy to find someone who could help us with our yard, since we have not been able to do it for the last two years. It is in pretty bad condition and will need alot of work over time. I talked with Tito and he sent Hector to us the very next morning. He went right to work and the yard looked great! He explained different things that we could do to help with our "bumpy, lumpy" lawn among other terrible areas. Couldn't be happier. They are extremely nice, on time and professional. You won't be disappointed! Thanks guys!

Yelp5We just had Tito and his crew out and they did our front and backyard. They did such a great job! Had all the shrubs pruned, grass edged, leaves cleaned up, and all garden beds cleaned up. We are so happy we set up bi-weekly maintenance.

Yelp5Glad I made the call! Both Front and back yard needed a serious cleaning, trimming and fresh bark. I've never paid anyone to do my yard work, but the idea of loading and unloading my truck..several times and waiting in-line to dump, convinced me to shop for a one time service. Tito was awesome! Immediately returned my call, came out the following day. Once we agreed to my requests, a crew of 3 was out there within a matter of 3 hours and worked 1 1/2 days cleaning and trimming. Yard looks awesome! Attention to detail was spot on!

Yelp5I was desperate to have my back yard cleaned up before a family gathering. I called Tito's and he gave me an estimate and his crew was here the following day. They did a marvelous job!!! My yard has never looked this good. One could not see grass from the fallen leaves. The crew worked continuous and it looked lovely when done. We are not talking a normal back yard- their job was to cleanup more than three quarters of an acre. I will highly recommend Tito's and will be hiring them again.

Yelp4Tito and his crew were awesome! They showed up and completed all the work same day! I am pleased with the work and professionalism! I already have him working on another bid for some roof moss removal and pressure washing as I prepare my home to sell in the spring! If you get 4 stars from me (somewhat of a perfectionist with OCD) then you are doing well!! Also, my neighbor saw the work they were doing and had them start on his yard next:-)

Yelp5My yard was a mess! I kept telling myself that I would do it. Never did. Never did yard work. Tito's team came and in one day, cleaned the entire yard. So nice. Hosted a bbq with all of my friends on the following weekend and everyone commented on how nice the yard looked. People were strolling through the yard. No blackberries and weeds. I've continued with monthly maintenance to keep it up.

Yelp52 years ago he helped get my yard ready for an outdoor graduation party. And this year he's back trimming arborvitaes, leveling and seeding where the big garden used to sit and creating a berm in my front yard. Easy to work with, courteous and complete.

Yelp5We are getting our house ready for sale and talked to different companies , by chance we came across Tito's business card ... and gave him a call , he came to the house later that night and gave us a quote that was far less than the others . We set up a time for the next day .... and WOW !!!!! He and his helper knocked it out the park hands down ....great price , service and efficient .

Yelp2Tito did a good job on the first visit when doing the big yard clean up job. I decided to hire them for bi weekly maintenance. He said they will call me to let me know when they will be coming over for the yard work. They have failed to do this so far. In fact I have had to call THEM to remind them to come at all. Work that was originally agreed upon has not been done since the workers do not know what they need to do other than just mowing the yard and trimming (Job package was agreed to include weed pulling, trimming plants, edging, picking up dog waste, and mowing sidewalk along with the main yard). The workers that came over either did not speak English, or spoke very little, so I couldn't tell them what I needed done. I called Wednesday to schedule for yard work. They agreed to be here Thursday at 10 and never showed up. I called again at 10:30 and got hang up on. Not the customer service that I would expect to get when dealing with someone that had such high ratings. The inconsistent work and having to remind them every time is frustrating. The price would be fine if the work agreed upon was being done. They also only accept cash, which might be OK if the workers that DID show up knew how much to charge or didn't leave when you went inside to get the money.

Yelp5I called Tito on Wednesday afternoon and said I needed him out ASAP as we had a party on Saturday. He came out the next morning, did a great job, and his rates are much better than a quote I got from another business, who couldn't do the work for 3-4 weeks. Awesome find! Thank you!!!
