I shopped around prior to hiring Vancourt. Home Depot tried to give me estimates over the phone without even seeing my home! Vancourt gave me comparable prices, were extremely professional, and they were very hard workers. Services Rendered: Jake and Matt came out to remove my old garage door and rebuild an entire new system. Jake spent all day creating a unique garage system for my odd 1940's home with low ceilings. Matt came after hours to help finish it off on a Friday night. It works great and i couldn't be happier.

They did a great job. I called on Tuesday. They were booked until the following Tuesday, but I received a call on Thursday A.M. saying that they had a break in the schedule and wanted to know if they could stop by. It worked for our schedule so we said yes. They were here 30 minutes later and done with the repaid within a half hour of arriving. Tested the repair thoroughly and all was good. Services Rendered: Replaced a spring in our overhead garage door

I called this company because they are local. The came out exactly on time to do the work. It only took an hour. Luke was professional and very competant. He also lubricated and adjustsed both doors and the garage door openers. I am very satisfied and would use them again. Services Rendered: Replace torsion spring on one door and replaced the nylon rollers on both doors.

It went very well. The installer was on time, indicated how long it would take and was within 15 minutes of his estimated time. The work was professional and the new doors and openers are high quality, extremely quiet opening and closing. We are very pleased with them. The company first came out, on time, for a review of what needed to be done and provide a estimate. This was Friday 09/09/2011. if the parts were in stock they could do the install the following Thursday or Friday. Two garage doors were to be replaced with new doors and openers. At that time, I received a written detailed cost estimate. The cost estimate ended up being the actual cost when the job was completed. I received a call on Monday, 9/12/2011 that the parts were in stock and we scheduled the installation for Thursday 9/15/2011. It would take all day. On Thursday 9/15/2011 the installer came out on time and did the work finishing about a hour earlier than planned. I am most pleased with the work. This is the 4th time I have had this company do garage doors for me and the result is always the same. They are on time and accurate on costs. No money is needed till the work is completed. Terms are net 10 days. They sent me a bill and I paid it. This is a wonderful company. Services Rendered: Two single car garage doors and openers were installed and old doors taken away.

THEY WERE QUICK AND ON TIME. THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE. THEY MADE SURE I NEW HOW TO WORK EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY ALSO SHOWED ME HOW TO CHANGE THE CODE FOR THE KEY PAD. Services Rendered: WE HAD A NEW GARAGE DOOR, AND GARAGE DOOR OPENER INSTALLED. WE ALSO HAD A KEY PAD PUT IN OUTSIDE, NEXT TO THE DOOR.
