Yelp1If I could give this company zero stars, I would! Terrible customer service. Requires payment in full before even seeing, delivering or installing the garage door! Never returns phone calls or emails once paid in full. Over charges for the quality (or lack there of) of work that was done. Does not honor the signed contract. Uses incorrect and used parts when you are paying for new. Over charged for late fees and materials and refuses to refund! I waited almost four months for a custom made garage door and it turned out that it was made incorrectly (even though the contract spelled out how the door was supposed to be made) and they refused to fix the door! Avoid this company at all costs!

Angi5Great! Services Rendered: I had an old overhead door into a small garage I wanted to use as a play space. I needed insulated carriage doors. Craig came out looked at the opening and gave me a detailed bid with the quote. He spent a lot of time making sure we were on the same page. He finished the doors and was able to store them until the space was ready. Installation went smoothly and he even came out to adjust the tightness on the lock. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a custom door.
