Yelp5Excellent service from Michael! He visited beforehand to discuss the diff types of new garage door motors in the market today; gave us his advice, and we set up the appointment then. He arrived today as promised, actually even earlier than our appointed time which we loved! Michael worked on replacing our garage door motor, cleaned up/swept our garage floor, and he even patiently taught us how to download the App on our cellphone! He was done in no time! Thank you so much Michael for your topnotch service & great pricing!

Yelp5We had another company come to give us an estimate to repair a broken spring on our garage door and it was obvious from the start that they were trying to upsell us and recommending all kinds of things that we didn't really need. Their estimate was $1800.00! Luckily I called 911 Garage doors and Michael came out the same day and did the same repair for $380.00. He is very friendly, honest and will not try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. I highly recommend Michael and 911.

Yelp5Needed help with garage door opener and called this company. Michael came in the next day and replaced the older LiftMaster with a new Wall mount LiftMaster Garage door opener. Michael is a very nice guy, very knowledgeable, very honest and very professional. I highly recommend this company. I had another company gave me a quote for over $3K, and Michael said to ignore everything they mentioned and only replace the opener. And that resolved the problem.

Yelp5I have been using 911 Garage for several years. They always respond to my calls promptly whenever we need help with any garage door issues. In the past years, all demanding tasks were professionally done. They came at their promised time and replaced my garage spring/ fixed the sensors (couldn't close due to sun light)/ adjusted the garage door for proper closing...etc... very reliable. Today, I need help with installing the new garage opener that I bought on my own. I called Mike @ 911 Garage for help, he immediately able to schedule an appointment that works best with my schedule for me. On top of the need of the installation of my new opener, I also need help for replacing my old garage door bottom seal, he was able to replaced the bottom seal by himself easily (on YouTube it said this task required 2 men work!) Mike is knowledgeable and did a fantastic job for this work project. I can tell he is very experienced as he didn't even need to look at the installation booklet I got from the box and he was able to install the opener without issue and completed all tasks in a timely manner. He also help resetting all my remotes and patiently walked me through on how to use the apps. His outstanding customer service is what makes me feel confident to continue to use this company. I would highly recommend anyone to use 911 Garage if you have any garage door issue.
