First, I called for service the day before at just about closing time. The receptionist who answered was pleasant and helpful. The service was actually performed by Preston. Preston was professional on his call as he let me know his arrival time. He arrived promptly during the appointment window. He was thorough, friendly and very helpful. He explained what I could do to help my door springs last a little longer and the additional measure I could use on the actual garage door. I was impressed with his customer service and his knowledgeable about his business. Preston is a real professional. I highly recommend him!

Recently we had a garage door installed by your technician (John Matthews). From the minute they arrived he introduced himself and his fellow employee who was in training and explained how the installation would proceed. He then asked if I had any questions. I stopped bye though out the day to see how the installation was progressing. Each time I observed John taking his time and explaining each step to the employee in training. The job was a little more difficult than they had anticipated and resulted in them working until 6:00 pm to finish (they arrived at 10:00 am). Never did I observe him trying to rush so they could finish the job. End result was a perfect installation and a work ethic not regularly witnessed with today’s workforce. The installation exceeded my expectations.

too early to tell it took the repairman 90 minutes to complete the job. no parts were needed in the repair. I`m all for people making a decent wage but Two Hundred and Thirty Three Dollars an hour rate is certaintly excessive. Existing doors were 7 feet with no garage door openers. We have a very low ceiling in the garage, and there really wasn't room for the door and openers, even with low headroom tracks. Aaron was the only provider to recommend getting smaller doors (6' 6and quot;) and to build up the header in front so that there would be enough room for everything. Perfect solution! One other provider that quoted to us wanted to cut into the ceiling to install the openers (would've required removal of insulation we just placed in the garage). We liked Aaron's plan, and went with it. Everything went as scheduled. We got basic garage doors, as requested. The garage doors were fairlypriced, but the openers were a little more expensive than quoted by others. We had wanted the Liftmaster with battery backup, but Aaron told us they would require special order, more $$, and possible delays. We decided to go with the basic Liftmaster. Everything works fine, and we were very pleased with the result. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 wooden garage doors with insulated steel doors. Added 2 garage door openers.

We have been a customer of Aaron Overhead Door for more than 20 years. We've always been pleased with their products and service. We have a very large garage door. It's approximately 16 feet wide and insulated. It's very important that the properly specifed door operating equipment is correctly utilized. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and his installations and service have been excellent. His pricing is always reasonable and very competitive. Aaron's response time is quick. This is very important when your vehicles are stuck in your garage, and you need to get them out! We had gotten just shy of 20 years service out of the door and operator that Aaron sold us before. That seems to be a great record of service as far as I'm concerned. I don't believe you can ask for much more than that. We'll definitely use Aaron again, when we need additional assistance. We highly recommend his products and services. Services Rendered: Aaron Overhead Door replaced our heavy duty door springs and the 1/2 Horsepower overhead door lift unit.

The installer arrived at 8:00 am Saturday and began work removing the old wood door. This was completed and the new door installed, caulked and weather stripped in record time. The door operation was checked and the area was cleaned of old materials and packing. The whole process took about two hours and the installer was very professional and pleasant. Aaron and his office were professional and helpful throughout. He came quickly to look the job over, and followed through with a detailed written estimate by mail. He originally said that the door would arrive two weeks after being ordered, but it took closer to four weeks. When it finally arrived, his office rescheduled other jobs so that he could do the installation at a time that was convenient for me. He and his helper were friendly and professional while working on the job. I don't really know if the price was high or low, since I was more interested in getting the job done quickly than in shopping around for the best price. Services Rendered: Installed a new 16' wide by 8' high garage door in an old garage. Removed old swinging doors and door jams, including a steel I-beam. Re-framed around door, adjusting for the slanted sides and roof of the old garage. Installed new steel insulated door and garage door opener. Installed aluminum flashing around door to cover new framing. Tested and demonstrated unit.
