Everything went fine. I had them adjust my old garage door opener. He got it to work but at the time said it was difficult to adjust and might not last much longer. Sure enough a couple of months later it was having problems again (wouldn't stay down while closing). I did have to question a bit the initial replacement he suggested, after research, to go with a bigger motor and chain instead of belt (heavy wooden door). One of his employees actually installed the door and remote repeater. It took a couple of hours to do the work so I was glad I wasn't doing it. Did a nice job and the door is working great now. Services Rendered: Replaced my old garage door opener.

It was excellent, there was no problem, he was right on time, took care of the problem and did a great job. He fixed it for the Big Deal's amount. He was polite, professional, and never made a mess. Services Rendered: I used Aaron Overhead Door last year. My door wasn't closing all the way so he just had do adjust the tension in the spring. It was for the big garage door.

They said the rollers were fine and better than the ones they have as replacements so they suggested that I leave them on. Hardly worth $99 for 10 minutes work. I didn't bother to call them back or follow up, so I gave them a "C" since I did not give them a chance to come up with a remedy. Services Rendered: Purchased $99 roller replacement and tune up service and all they did was tighten all the screws, lube all the hinges and the worm screw on the drive motor.
