Yelp5Juan will do his best to fix any issue you have with your garage door. I had a few problems after Juan fixed my broken springs. But, Juan was responsive and prompt in fixing the problems identifying the cause each time (He also advised me to change the motor repeatedly). I kept postponing that till the 3rd time the garage door failed. After fixing the motor as he'd recommended, things have been going smoothly so far. In my interactions, I've found Juan to be prompt, honest and hardworking. I will definitely recommend him for any garage door installs, maintenance and repairs.

Yelp5Juan was a life saver for me today. He came for an estimate, and when we agreed on the model he was able to squeeze me in later this afternoon and it was done in 1 hour. We love the product - much more high tech and nice them my last old opener. Life changer!!!! The garage is so much more inviting especially for my kids when they come in and out at night. Juan is very polite, efficient, responsive, and CLEAN! Appreciate his workmanship and love to support a local buisness.

Yelp5Once again, Juan comes through in a pinch. Last month I had a new opener installed and it is state of the art. There is an app that can inform you when the garage is open. In a townhouse this is a real plus as many of the residents forget to close their garage door and just go upstairs. Last week we had a power outage and I went inside to open the garage manually and inadvertently opened the door with too much force and threw it off track. Juan was out within an hour of my call. After resetting the door he instructed me how to open the door properly if this ever happens again. I've now posted instructions on the door for future needs. Highly recommend All Cities Overhead Door and 5 Stars for Juan as well!

Yelp5Juan was right on time and extremely skilled with garage doors. He only needed to replace the garage shaft for us, but he went above and beyond by putting on the torsion springs, winding them and putting on the drums and cables and attaching them to the garage too! We were impressed by the speed and ease at which he fixed our garage door. Then he thoroughly tested the garage door by opening it manually and automatically many times and found an issue we had not ever noticed. Our garage door didn't shut all the way to the floor. There was still a peak of light coming through the bottom. He promptly tuned the garage motor to make it shut all the way down. That saved us a lot of headache and time from trying to figure out the issue. We would highly recommend him to friends. He's an expert on garage doors, friendly and very helpful. The best part is that his prices are very reasonable!

Yelp5I had selected a garage door that I liked, but couldn't find a showroom to actually view it in. I called Juan who happened to have the door at his shop and he kindly offered to show it to me. He explained a lot, said it was a good quality door and offered to come to my house and give me a quote for installation. He arrived the next day, gave me his quote with an option for a pitch roof track - which would offer more clearance (and which no one else had offered) and gave me the estimate on the spot. I hired him and I love my new door! His work is very good quality and his pricing is very competitive. He really took his time and was very thorough. I'm really glad I found him. He is honest and hard working. Thank you Juan Angeles :) Forgot to add - I both phoned and emailed CLINT at Garage Door Factory and he evidently didn't need any business as I was completely ignored; I guess he did me a favor because I found Juan instead ;)
