As part of my garage remodel, my contractor recommended replacing my top-mounted garage motor unit with a side-mount. He recommended Armen's, and they did a beautiful job. They were nice and professional throughout, working with my busy schedule, and the results were excellent. A few months later my wall garage door remote stopped working. Turned out that the cable in my wall must've shorted. Instead of running an ugly cable outside, they installed a new wireless unit in place. I will definitely call them again whenever I need anything done with my garage door. Thank you!!

I used Armen gate company from the previous owner. Walter is the new owner. He is very honest and came right away and fixed the gate. He is professional and very reasonably priced. I like him even better than the old onwer! I highly recommend him!

Walter went above and beyond for our family. We did an entire garage remodeling. Armen's Door company installed the new doors, but two months later I discovered that a light that is needed to set up a phone app control was missing (there were multiple contractors working on the site). I called and Walter responded right away and assured me that he would resolve the issue. The way he handled it was outstanding. He ordered the missing part, kept me updated throughout the process, and came over to install it. He is an outstanding businessman, who truly cares about his customers, and a good man.

I have used Armen's Door several times including yesterday when the mounting that held the garage door motor to the ceiling failed. I called Armen's Door and they answered on the first ring. Walter showed up in about an hour and it was fixed within 30 minutes of his arrival. Appreciate the quick response. Great work at a fair price. Will definitely use again.

Armen replaced the springs on my garage door 10 years ago. One finally broke last week, and I called his office to have it repaired. Armen has passed the business on to an associate named Walter. He came out the same day and replaced both springs for a reasonable price. He also carefully balanced the door, tightened all hinges, lubricated the hardware, and performed some nice adjustments which has it opening more smoothly than ever. Excellent job.

2020 Review. Man with the pandemic going on Armen's is really a life saver. My garage door failed I thought I had to replace the entire system, turned out it was only a minor repairable issue. The owner is honest and up front and I like that. Will do business again and refer for sure.

Don't call Armen's. They are dishonest and rude. They tried to up-sell me on a garage door replacement when I called for a repair. I demurred by not replying back to their email because I didn't like their offerings - they then called and lectured me about how rude it was that I didn't respond to their emails. What? I, the customer, DO NOT owe you a response to reject your up-sell. This was the rude/dishonest conduct that prompted me to write this review. However, their entire course of conduct was shady AF. For those who are still interested in hiring Armen's, read on for further context so you can judge for yourself: My garage door stops working this weekend. I asked them to (1) assess what was wrong with the door, and whether they could fix it, and (2) if not, whether they could give me a quote on a new door. I thought I was being efficient; maybe it was naive on my part to expect that they would give me an honest answer about the repair when they had the opportunity to up-sell me on a $6-7,000 door replacement instead of simply a repair. They didn't even bother giving me a response to (1), whether and what I could do to repair the door. Instead, they (to be more specific, Silvia) told me that the technician told her that the door was "so old" that he was afraid to really touch/assess it. What? I live in a 1970 construction. It's not a new door, thus I'm looking into replacing it, but it is not so decrepit that it cannot be assessed for whether it could be repaired. Silvia then sends me brochures/links to door replacements. I don't like the look of the doors they're offering. So I don't respond. She then calls me today to ask "why I haven't responded" to her emails. I tell her that I'm going to pass on their offer. Silvia then says that that's "rude" and has a fit. Silvia, if you're reading this: I DON'T OWE YOU A RESPONSE ON AN UPSELL OFFER especially when your course of conduct has been so dishonest. IF I DON'T RESPOND, IT IS A "NO." This is harassing conduct. Dishonest business practices AND rude. Do not call Armen's.

Prompt, honest, fair price, clean, excellent customer service. I have a very old door and we had the new battery backup opener installed today. Unable to lift two car garage door manual if power goes out. I'm very happy with their workmanship. Silva works the phone very nice and prompt and Armen on time, polite, and willing to listen to what you have to say. He also saw a cable that was frail and will replace later. I would use them again and tell your friends and family members.

Armen is a throwback to another generation. I called his business and got his assistant who took the information and gave a precise time when she would be able to get Armen to the house. I had anticipated that I needed a new door and opener. But, when Armen arrived, he assessed while the opener was old, it was still adequate - "call me when it goes out" and that the door could be salvaged with some minor bracing and adjustments. He braced the door, adjusted it, and relocated the opener switch. He then charged me only $100. I would say I couldn't believe it, but this was the second time I used him and the previous time (on a different house) he was exactly the same - professional, honest, respectful and very competent. He is simply excellent and I've recommended him to everyone I know. Services Rendered: He made adjustments to the garage door and relocated the auto-door opener.

My garage door wouldn't open due to a broken spring. Two cars were "locked" in the garage because the automatic door couldn't be lifted manually. I called Armens Door Co on Saturday and my door was fixed by noon on Sunday. The service was excellent and my garage door has been working well since the repair. The owner of Armens Door performed the service. He arrived on time, was professional, and the price was quite reasonable considering this was a Sunday call. In the near future I will have my garage door replaced and I will use Armens Door Co. for this service. I highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Repaired my garage door.

Arman arrived on schedule, repaired the door, and replaced both springs within 45 minutes. Silva had quoted me the price of $350 to replace both springs. Arman also fixed the switch that I had taken apart in my effort to try and fix the problem. He didn't charge extra for that. He was polite and efficient. The best thing was that Silva called me back that day to make sure everything had gone alright. What a delight it is to get good service like this!! Services Rendered: My garage door spring broke and the door could not be opened. It was a Saturday afternoon and my car was stuck in the garage. I called a couple of numbers for garage door repair, but they were all closed until Monday morning. I called Arman's and spoke to Silva (Arman's wife). She was a delight and patiently explained to me what I could do to solve the problem. She understood exactly what had happened. Unfortunately, in my effort to try and get the garage door opened on my own, I had broken the door switch and couldn't lift the door open on my own. She suggested that I schedule an appointment with her husband who could come over on Monday. In the meantime, I called a neighbor who was able to help me open the door enough to just get my car out.

Great! Armen came to my house, a bit late, but the office called beforehand. We just bought a house and there were some problems with the garage door that I wanted to have fixed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He determined that one of the problems noted on the inspection wasn't a big deal and he quickly fixed the other problem.
