Service was very good. I called to schedule a service, as the mounting for the motor was loose. The visit was a week later, so I can't speak to the need for urgency. The service visit was excellent. Called to confirm in advance of the visit. The engineer was present for 90 minutes and the cost was $300 including $20 for materials. The engineer was expert, and was helpful with a number of other questions I had, as well as giving some proactive advice to avoid deterioration.

Just had special ordered Eichler panel garage doors installed at our house. The experience I had with this company was great. The job is beautifully done, and all in one day. Also I am not sure if anyone else in the area could actually do these panel doors. Highly recommended.

Have done business with them several times. I don't mind paying for quality but no one likes to be taken advantage of. They installed a new garage door at my house about 3 years ago. Spring recently broke and they said they had to replace all springs for $695!!! Totally ridiculous and seems like guaranteed money for them if their parts only last a few years. Super disappointing bc I've had decent experiences in the past.

Please do not use this company!!!!!!! The service is so bad. They are crooks. I would give 0 star if I could. We have our garage door made and installed by them in 3/2018. After we move in our house in 9/2018, we notice that the garage door makes loud squeaky noise. So I called and left massage concerning to the noise. Marge, the owner called me back and said that she will have her tech to stop by when they have work to do in my area. I kind forgot about it. When my neighbor complained about the noise again yesterday, I just realized that she's never sent a tech come to adjust the garage door. I just got off the phone with her. She has the nerve to tell me that since the door is out of warranty, she has to charge for the service!!!!!! I called her last Sept when we noticed the problem! She's never sent her tech to adjust the garage door as her promised. Now she wants to charge for adjusting the garage door fro noise!!!! She was talking over me and denying that she has never had that conversation with me. I trusted her when she said she was going to do.

Garage door installed less than 2 years ago by this company. Technician came to fix it because it was not running properly. He exactly stayed 5 min at my place. I had to pay $100 !! Terrible service and way to expensive. I don't recommend this place for sure.

Lots of custom choices. We went with a carriage style with waterfall glass. Delivered on time and installed by a very friendly technician. We use the opener a lot and everything works great. Got Artistic's name from an installation that was being done on the next block. Very happy with the work.

I had Artistic Garage Doors install eleven doors at my building in 2003 that required custom size adjustments to fit the openings and they are still working great. A couple of years ago I had them replace some of the panels of one door with glass and that has worked well also.

I hired them to build and install a new garage door. I wanted quality without a crazy price, and I got it! The door is wooden, and they designed the windows based on a sketch I made. It looks awesome!

They are a little on the expensive side, but they do make custom garage doors. They gave me 10-12 weeks estimate to start the job, but was able to get a door in just 1 week by paying a $1200 expedite fee. Be aware the doors they install are only primed and need to be painted and waxed, and they don't offer such services or have any painter recommendations.

I had a great experience with Artistic Garage Doors. The original owners of our house had a beautiful redwood garage door installed by them years ago. When one of our springs eventually broke many years later, I called Artistic. They came out and took measurements - turns our our big heavy garage door doesn't use a readily available, standard size spring. This was during the supply chain issues a year ago... they weren't able to source the exact springs we needed, so they went to a backup plan and had some springs cut by a local source. They were able to get us back in action pretty quickly! They did a great job with communication the whole time. Highly recommend this business.

Love these people. Great little business. They are people of their word and that's what matters to me. We had a very expensive garage put in our home and for some reason it was making some kind of noise that didn't sound right. We spent well over ten thousand dollars on this door, so I was a bit upset. But they put up with my voicemails and they made it right, not once, but two times. No charge and no questions. To this day my door is working perfect and I get nothing but compliments on it. I will highly recommend them to anyone! I will also be using them for all my future maintenance. Great people!!!

The person(could be the owner, Ron F.) who answered my phone immediately started to tell me what I needed to do with my garage door opener even before I had any chance asking my real questions. I have no doubt he is with a lot of experience and extensive knowledge, but has he known anything called "Be respectful and let the customers make their own informed decisions?" Perhaps Ron should consider a teaching profession instead of customers' service one like he's currently in.

Highly recommend Artistic Garage Doors in San Carlos. We like to support local family businesses. Marge provided me with suggestions for door styles that would go well with our ranch style home. The installer was a really nice guy, took a lot of care in installing the door, and did a great job cleaning up after he finished. We've had a lot of positive feedback from neighbors and people who see our new door. And we are pleased with the updated look it gives our home. I had an ancient garage door motor. It would sound like Hiroshima and shake like the 1989 Loma Prieta. Ron showed up last Friday and I wasn't home I thought it was the following Friday. Embarrassed to say the least, Oliver had another job in Santa Rosa. He came by afterword. 1 hour or less and silent as can be. Couldn't be happier!
