Great. Mark returned my call timely. Scheduling handled by the office in Cantonese with my tenants. The job took 1 day, the old door was removed and new one installed, pre-primed for painting. So far, no problems. Very quiet door!! Services Rendered: Install new garage door and opener

They did a fine job. The price was quite a bit less than the other bids that I got so obviously I went with that. Absolutely they were great. A friend of mine uses them and so that was it and then I looked at Angie's list on top of that. They were very professional. The quality of service was terrific. There was a little problem and the owner came out 8 o'clock in the morning or something 9 o'clock and I was impressed. I would use them again in the future. Owner, Mark Griffin, discussed all options. He had the windowed portion dimensions changed to better suit my house. The install went smoothly. His crew came back to adjust the tension and lubricate the opener a couple of times at no charge. Services Rendered: Installed custom 17' garage door. Included all new tracks and opener.

I made an appointment for an estimate for a garage opener and 2 garage doors. After one week I still have not received an estimate. Services Rendered: Mark came and took measurements. He said he would e-mail me an estiimate the next day. Friday, 3/15, I went on his website and told them I was still waiting for an estimate. I received a automatic reply that they would contact me shortly. It has now been one week and no response from them.
