Google5This is my 2nd time using Garage Pros and again, happy with the service. Making an appointment for someone to come out was easy. They were able to come out within a few hours which was urgent for me as I could not close my garage door. Luckily it happened in the morning and after replacing the cable and springs, Shai, my garage repairman, had it running smoothly. Shai was a pleasure and professional. I will continue to use them and recommend them highly.

Google5We just had our door fixed by a wonderful garage door pro tech (Travis). He was on time, explained in detail what needed to be fixed and was able to address the issue same day and in no time. Yelp5Needed to replace motor and spring on garage door. Called out garage door pros. They came out that same day and I called late in the day. Unfortunately there was a problem with the way the previous owner installed it.(with many other things I've found at my house ). But they came back fist thing in the morning and fixed it right and running perfectly. Eric was very nice and knowledgeable. He got job done quickly and clean. I'm selling my house and had a house inspection that day, so he needed to get it done before and he did. I also thought their pricing was good. O

Yelp5Our garage door wouldn't close automatically. Instead of immediately sending a repair person, Michelle sent me a link to a video on my phone to show me how to troubleshoot it. And it worked! No tech to come and no money to spend. Honestly I was super happy because I have waited a long time to call, anticipating someone would have to come and during this pandemic, that is something I didn't want. Thank you garage door pros!

Yelp1I would not hire this company. I called them to repair a garage door cable that came loose. They said they needed to replace the cable and I agreed to have the work done. The door has not operated well since then. The door stops 3-4 times whenever it is closing. They told me that I would need to have the motor replaced. However, the motor works fine when opening the door and eventually after several times it will close the door. So if it was the motor as they claim, the door would not function at all.

Yelp5My garage door cable snapped on one side. I consider myself handy, and tried to fix myself. Turns out, the doors are heavy and the spring is super tight and dangerous to mess with. I began to see why it is a specialty trade. I got bids from two other respected garage door repair places. Both pushed me to major services replacing the track and door as well, yielding a bid price that is just way out of my budget (thousands instead of hundreds). So I sat with no functioning garage door for almost a year. I planned to take it out and build myself carriage style, swing out doors. Just before I started the project, Bar and his company were referred to me. I'm sooo glad. One quick text and I was able to schedule a convenient appt within a few days. Technician Mark arrived, communicated well with his arrival time. Offered the services needed, with a very fair price...so fair that I even asked if they'd install the new opener I'd previously gotten on Amazon. We agreed upon a fair price for all the work and he began, right away. Overall, the job was apparently a difficult one, with oddities you might expect from a nearly 100 yr old house. Mark just kept working at it. After almost 4 hrs, the job is done and done beautifully. It is whisper quiet, smooth rolling, codes set, just done! And at between 1/3rd and 1/6th what the other guys were going to charge to just get the track rolling! Two thumbs up for Mark and Garage Door Pros!
