Yelp5Rich took a house call on the weekend and was there within the hour He went above, and beyond expectations, first fixing the primary cause of the garage door malfunction and then oiled all the hinges and fixed the bent track. Overall great service at a reasonable price.

Yelp5Seriously would give 10 stars if I could! I have had service done with this company several times over the past 10 years and they have consistently been great to work with. Unfortunately yesterday they were closed as it was the weekend. I had to call another provider and learned a valuable lesson in the process. Apparently the company I called in a pinch are one these pop up garage repair "companies" that have all 5 star reviews that lead you to believe they are legit. The other company came out, quoted 2 times the fair market repair but gave a "discount" in exchange for giving a 5 star Yelp review! They ended up damaging my door and not even fixing what was wrong in the first place. After the botched "repair" job I called Garrett the next day in desperation who came out the within an hour and had our door working as good as new all at a very fair price. if you are looking for experienced, quality and honest technicians make B&C your garage door "go-to".

Yelp5One of the springs in my garage door snapped, and my wife laid down the deadline for me to get it fixed. I sent an email to Bruce at 8:30am, and he called me 15 minutes later. His partner, Chris, was at my house about two hours later and done by about noon. The price was exactly as expected--an excellent value for the service and responsiveness. I would definitely use their services again!! By the way, I made it way before the deadline! Happy wife, happy life.

Yelp5Responsive at a great price. Looks like another great review for B&C garage doors. Our spring on our garage door broke. After searching on-line I found great reviews for B&C garage doors. The cost to replace the two springs was $400. I contacted Door Doctor in Pleasanton and was quoted a price of $425. Precision Garage Doors of the East Bay quoted me $575.70 plus tax, plus a $34 travel fee to our home in San Ramon. I called B&C at 11:19 am and they scheduled the repair for after lunch. The service provider was prompt and completed the repair in less than an hour. Highly recommended.

Yelp5Had a broken spring on the door, called, they said they would have someone out within half an hour AND THEY DID! Door was fixed in less than a half hour and reasonable pricing. Can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone whose door won't open!

Yelp5Called B and C at 9am and within a couple hours they were at my house fixing the broken spring on my door. Price was decent for the emergency repair. I would definitely use them again. The tech was cool enough to show me how to hook up my wifi to my garage door in order to open the garage from my phone. Cool!!

Yelp5I recently had an issue with my garage door opener. Called B & C Garage Door. They were very responsive immediately answering the phone and were able to be at my house to fix the outside key pad on the same day that I called. In addition, they took care of other issues that I hadn't even noticed (a broken roller and squeaky brackets)! However, the initial fix didn't resolve the issue so they came back today and replaced the key (without charging for an additional service call)!!!

Yelp1I used this company recently to fix broken springs. My overall experience was very very bad. To begin with, the guy who came to fix the spring was not at all polite and courteous - started with all negative , scaring the hell out of me by telling my garage door has all sorts of problems, it is old and nonstandard and very soon I will have to replace the entire door etc. He was also very arrogant . After fixing my spring, I asked him to just check my emergency cord if it is working fine. He pulled the cord several times and than told me that my garage door carriage locking system is broken. I told him it was all working fine until he started pulling the emergency cord . He said it was already broken . I told him again that it was all working fine until he touched and his argument was that it was about to break anytime and it is just coincident that it broke when he touched . All this in in very arrogant and rude voice . I immediately called Chris with whom I have been dealing past and Chris promised to he will get back to me on what can be done to fix it. Chris never got back not responded to my email. I had to spend additional $575 to get the issue fixed on my own through another company. After all this happened , B&C garage send me a bill of $300 in mail for fixing the broken spring which I paid honoring my verbal commitment to their estimate to fix the spring . But I will never ever use them anymore nor recommend them to anybody .

Yelp5B&C were amazing! They answered the phone call quickly and we were able to have come out the same day and repair our garage door. They worked quickly and finished everything without issue. They are truly and amazing company to work with and answered all my questions completely. Don't even question the idea of not using them, they truly a five-star company!
