Yelp5I really enjoyed working with James. He is very responsive, came to my house in a few hours after the call. He gave a very thorough diagnosis of my 20+ years old garage door upon arrival (motor, spring, rollers and rubber etc). His quality of work is excellent, very detailed, spent a long time making sure everything is working properly. My garage door is now so smooth and so quiet. Looks like a brand new one with only updating a few components. I would definitely go to him for any of my garage door needs and will recommend James to anyone.

Yelp5We're very happy with the product, service, and work effort of James and his replacement of our old garage door and all the equipment with new. We knew our door and equipment was on its last run for years and he verified repair would only be a short term bandaid after James' predecessor tried to patch it a few times. He worked with us on a manufacturer question/change option to our satisfaction, provided delivery with in a few days or our order, and installed it into the evening to get it done quickly when it arrived and his schedule was tight. James knew his business, explained many aspects of the door's operation, pros and cons, iphone application, and made recommendations we now see were correct. I've had B and D door service my old door years back and always with good results from his predecessor, but this was the right time to replace it all. We're very happy with his pricing, not only very competitive but much more of a local provider business feel than the big companies we spoke to or even Costco's costs. We recommend B and D Door.

Yelp5Garage door opener installed 20 years ago finally gave up the ghost. Called B&D Door (same company that installed opener originally). James came out in under 3 hours, as promised. He installed new opener promptly, efficiently and professionally. Job was finished in about two hours, as promised. Nice to see small companies with some longevity! Yelp5Our garage door wouldn't open all the way so I knew to call B&D door because Cody had replaced our garage door opener five years ago. I called and James, not Cody answered but after I told him what happened he knew right away what it was the cable broke and he arrived to our place later in the afternoon. James replaced the cable and finished the job in no time. James is very nice and personable. He bought the business from the previous owner. If you need your garage door repaired, I would highly recommend B&D door.

His instructions were so precise that I was able to get done what I needed to do so i could get the garage door working again! I highly recommend this company. I was having problems with my garage door not closing, I called him this morning and he took the time to help me troubleshoot and reprogram. He is patient, thorough, knowledgable and is truly is an asset to the company.

Yelp5I had been having problems with my garage doors not closing consistently - which had been driving me nuts for months since I always had to get out of the car and manually hold the button on the wall panel down just to get it to close. James came out on a Sunday, knew exactly what he was doing and got both doors operating like butter. I'm so thrilled with the results, and couldn't be happier with the service. James totally made my day. Hell, he made my month given how much time he has saved me now, not needing to manually hold the buttons down to close the doors anymore.
