Our garage door broke down Thursday evening. I called these guys at 8 pm on Thursday and they were out at my house at 9 am on Friday. They were very friendly and upfront about what the issue was and what needed to be fixed. They also tuned up the door and tightened all the bolts without even me having to ask for it. Services Rendered: The capacitor on the garage door opener was blown. These guys replaced the capacitor as well as tuned up the door, tightened the bolts and replaced one of the hinges while they were out here.

I searched for Garage Door Repair on Angie's List and sorted the results by closest to my house. He was the closest and had an A rating. I called and he answered right away. I told him my problem and he knew what was wrong. He said he could come over right away, but I was at work so I made an appointment to meet him at 2PM. At 2PM, John showed up right on time. We worked on the garage door for 1.5 hours, which I thought was very fast. John gave me some additional helpful tips for my garage door: -Adjust the bracket frame -Install a plug in the ceiling for the opener -Caulk the edges of where the particle board meets the wood frame (on the actual door) to prevent water damage This was very helpful and beyond his call of duty. I was very grateful. Services Rendered: The spring of my garage door broke and I could not open the garage door. I called Bay Area garage Door and he was willing to come right away. We made an appointment for 2PM and he John arrived on time. He knew exactly how to fix it and replaced the spring very quickly. It took him about one-and-a-half hours and it now works like a charm. He even tightened all the bolts of the door and it is also quieter now to open/close the garage door.
