BBB1I accidently backed my car on garage door. I used their services on an emergency situation. UNFORTUNATELY, the young man that came to do the work, couldn't figure out how to finish fixing the garage door; he was suppose to hook up the garage door to the garage door opener. I was left with a garage door that was not fully fixed. I spoke to the manager of the business, he tried to tell me that it was fixed, I told him I hired them to fix my garage door, that's including fixing it to where I can open and close the garage door with my garage remote, but because that part was not fixed the garage can not be open with my garage remote. I paid $700.00 for work that was not completed. I know have to hire another garage door repair service to finish the job. MORE MONEY that I have to pay!!!!

BBB1We called Belvedere Garage Door Repair, **********************************************************************, that says they are located in *********. They are not, they just use a fake residential address. **********************************************************************. They are really Bay Area Garage Door Repair Services, Inc. They significantly overcharged us for the work. They said the liftmaster motor cost $1600, but it was supposedly normally over $2,000. After we got it installed, it is all over the internet for under $500.

BBB2Overcharged for replacing garage door springs, charged.me 1000$ for replacing two springs, I should have got more estimates since I had no idea what it would cost, but I think 1000$ is much to high a price, I have no problem with the work that was done just the highly inflated price
