Yelp1Dont use these people they will RIP you off. They will sell you garage motors that are discontinued so if anything fails you are shit out of luck when trying to replace any parts. And they will never honor any type of warranty. Also the original owner which was some white guy has sold this company to some middle eastern people who now try to RIP people off by charging extra for fixing something that should be under warranty. Also if you call asking them to check if you have any warranty do not give them the dates when you first did the installation because they will say its out of warranty after you give them the dates. Instead ask them how long is warranty for. Trust me! Or better yet ...go elsewhere. Do not use them!

Yelp5Sent a request in online a few weeks back to get a quote on a replacement. The wooden door panels that I had were going bad and screws were falling out, I was done with it. Robert emailed me within the hour (I emailed at 5am?) and by 6 that morning, we had scheduled a time for him to come by the same day to give me a quote. Robert showed up early. Listened to what I had to say, recommended the RIGHT product(s) to me and did NOT try and up sell me. He offered me a comprehensive solution to my situation, white glove service and it was reasonably priced. We agreed to an install date a couple of weeks later. The morning of, Dustin the installer called and said he was on the way with an ETA. Again, showed up EARLY! Shortly after, Robert showed up as well and they both started getting after it. Super courteous guys, worked efficiently, obviously knew what they were doing. Clean work. Everything looks GREAT! WORKS GREAT. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Robert and Dustin.

Yelp5I had some mechanical issues with my garage door motor and door spring. I was referred to Bay to Bay Garage Doors; Robert was prompt, punctual, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I had been dreading the whole hassle of getting the door fixed, but it was quick and easy, and Robert never made me feel pressured to buy a certain upgrade or expand the scope of the project. I'm happy to recommend Bay to Bay to friends and family for garage door needs!

Yelp5Springs on my garage door broke and he was out that evening to fix. Next morning after repair the chain pop off sproket. He came that morning and adjusted door and problem was solved at no charge. Good customer service all around.

Yelp5The springs on my garage door broke. Yelped to get a quote from several companies that evening . Robert was responsive and easy to communicate with and gave a fair estimate to replace the springs. Easy to make an appointment. I had to change appointment due to schedule conflict and he was able to accommodate. He gave me a call prior to arrival and he was on time. He looked at the damaged springs and he got the replacement available in his truck. Repair was fast, took about 30 minutes. He tuned up the opener, door and hinges. Overall experience was excellent!

Yelp5This company was fast to respond on Yelp. Robert was able to give me a rough estimate of the cost. Robert was the lowest out of all the companies from yelp. After i accepted, Robert stop by and did and free estimate while i was at work. I left the garage door open and he took care of it. The numbers where exactly what he quoted me on yelp messages. I agreed to the price and Robert scheduled a tech come install the following Tuesday. The tech called me before he arrived and was on time. I was at work. The new door was install and it looked great. I did not even get to meet Robert and all this was done fast efficient. I meet up with the tech at 6pm and checked out the install and then made payment over the phone with Robert. Job completed, fast, accommodating and at the best price compared to other yelp garage door companies. Thanks Robert for your service!

Yelp5Robert is a stand-up, true to his word guy. He knows this business and gives a fair (if not excellent) quote for the job. He isn't just a salesman. He knows tools and equipment and how it works and how to fix it. I highly recommend him and I will call him again if I need anything.

Yelp5Robert was awesome in providing the garage door opener that I needed. His prices were excellent and he was very meticulous in making sure the job was done correctly. My garage door was noisy and shaky and Robert provided a liftmaster 8350 that is the most quiet unit on the market... if you haven't seen this unit, look on youtube. I'm thinking of putting new garage doors in the future, and Bay to Bay will be my first choice.

Robert personally trains and develops all of his techs so if you don't have the pleasure of having him take care of your needs..you're still in caring hands. 10 stars!
