Yelp5I texted Bill on a Sunday. He immediately responded with a phone call and asked what the problem was. I told him and he made an appointment for Monday the next day. He showed up on time diagnosed the problem and ordered a couple of parts. I had to wait a while but Bill notified me immediately when the parts came in. He showed up with the parts and immediately installed them. Sadly there was also a broken sprocket which he went and picked up. After the sprocket was installed and the door re-calibrated I was back in business. Bill was persistent in his troubleshooting and after a couple of part delays. Everything worked out great. I can't say enough about his professionalism. In the end, all was good. I would use and recommend Bill and his company again in a heartbeat!!

Yelp4Not sure who Bill is but guy showed up and fixed the problem. That's what I wanted. Realigned sensors and tested complete system

Yelp2I've had good success with Yelp but not this time. Called December 27 at 9am to schedule a service. They said someone could come out today. Got a call at 10:30 that technicians were tied up for rest of day so would tomorrow between 8am and 12 noon be okay. Sure. Next morning at 8 am get a call to reschedule 1 to 5 pm. Are you kidding ??? Told them I'll find someone else. I called next company down the list that starts with " D " and they came out within the hour and did routine maintenance on garage door and were done within an hour. They will be getting a good review for sure. I only gave 2 stars because they answered the phone. Not a well-organized company.

Yelp10I've know Bill, for 20 years and this isn't his buissness anymore, all the phone numbers go to the new business and they don't tell you Bill's gone. We had a garage door that we couldnt open because the spring broke and we couldn't get out it was 830 Sat morning. So we called and they told us they would be out between 9 to 1 and that we were the next service call and they knew that we couldnt leave. They didnt show till 3:45. When they showed up they tried to upsell the service telling us we needed a new rod when all we needed was a spring replacement If your looking for Bill and his great service and value this aint it its the complete opposite THEY CHARGED just short of $800 TO REPLACE 2 SPRINGS

Yelp1Taken over by new owners apparently. I had established a window for them to come out and give me an estimate on repairing my garage door, and that time was cancelled last minute on a Sunday. Double inconvenient as I work during the week, and this last minute cancellation left me no time to contact another business; they do not offer late windows during the week either

Yelp1I scheduled an appointment with them. Cleared my schedule during the 3 hour window to wait for their tech. Got a call a few minutes before the end of the time window, saying they needed to reschedule. I agreed. They gave me a 3 hour window two days later. I cleared my schedule again. Ten minutes before the end of the 3 hour window, they called to reschedule again. That was enough for me. I cancelled. Very poor customer service to cancel after making me wait almost 3 hours. Twice.

Yelp5Great service and repair within24 hours, thank you!! Learned that bolts have to be tightened annually or they'll pop off and your door will jump the rails and get bent out of shape. Highly recommended.

Yelp5Bill was very nice and experienced. Came and helped inspected the problem. Since it's fixable by myself, bill didn't charge me for the diagnosis.

Yelp5We were having issues with cable tension and had Bill come out to take a look. Super knowledgable, very patient with explanation, and come up with a great solution for our issue. Will definitely call Bill again if we have any problems!
