Google5Ace was recommended by Fidelity Home Warranty. It was easy to make appointments at a convenient time. The first tech diagnosed the problem as a circuit board, and he had to order one. A couple of weeks later a second tech came, replaced the circuit board and programmed our remotes. In working with the door, he noted that the springs were inadequate, the cables and rollers were worn after 20 years, and the actual opener is no longer under code, because it does not have a battery backup. We need to replace the the springs and rebuild the opening mechanism. Very observant. I am waiting for a bid, and I will compare it with other providers. Meanwhile, the door works.

Google5Quickly came after being contacted and was very efficient in diagnosing the broken spring and bearings. Malik got everything done in 40 minutes like he said and was very professional and friendly. Overall great experience and I’d trust them again with any issue.

Google5Malik was the best! We went from a loud, old door with rusting components to a quiet, beautiful new system with all sorts of bells and whistles. Couldn’t be happier. Malik was an excellent communicator and just one of the nicest people you could meet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Google5I called another company first...and got a very salesy and inflated quote. I then talked to Malik described the job and he gave a me an honest quote with a breakdown for parts and labor. He arrived within 2 hours as promised, and even tho the job was more involved than i was able to describe on the phone he honoured his estimate and completed the job in 1.5 hours. It is nice to see craftmanship and integrity in the same package. I highly recommend Malik and Ace's for emergency service.

He made sure to explain everything that he was doing, and even called my Home Warranty on my behalf to negotiate fixing the issue. Google5I had an excellent experience with Malik, who came to install my garage door. He showed up early, was very polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He worked quickly but was also very thorough, making sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and I honestly think he’s one of the best the company could have sent. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the mechanism and operation of the garage door. He explained what he did to repair the garage door in great detail. He also contacted us the next day to find if the garage door was still working properly. Please let him know that we appreciate his awesome customer service.

Google5Nathan is a great representative for Ace's Garage door. He showed up on time. He was very helpful and he explained everything. I was a little surprised by the cost of the replacement spring but it is thru a home warranty program which is always a crapshoot.

Yelp5Just had to replace a broken garage door spring, and decided to do the second one at the same time since it was pretty old. Called Bill's to get a second bid on the job, and the price was very reasonable. Bill Jr. was here within a half our of me calling, did the job quickly and thoroughly, and with a great, friendly attitude. Highly recommended!

Yelp5Bill's did a great job, they were quick to respond and quote. Once we agreed on the cost they were replacing both (old wooden) garage doors with new steel doors in a few days. The swapped out all the old hardware and hung the new doors perfectly. There was one slight ding on a panel, they got a new panel the next day and 10 minutes later the job was completed. Cost was reasonable for 2 new doors, all the hardware, keyed handles and installation. Thanks Bill's Garage Door Service for your excellent work!

Yelp5Had an issue over the weekend with all the remotes. After watching every YouTube video and reading every manual, I gave up. Called Bill ( who I've used for service before). We discussed that the unit was near 30 years old. I told him, just put in a new one. I came home and the Mrs. said all fixed...$95.00. Beats $550.00! Bill's son came out, reprogrammed the unit, 2 remotes, a outside remote and even the wife's car. Great service,price and fair. Highly recommended.

Yelp5We had problems with our new garage doors and found out they had been incorrectly installed by another company. I phoned Bill's Garage Door Service and we talked through the issue. His son came within a couple of hours and identified the problem. Our garage doors were reinstalled the next day as good as new. Quick efficient and friendly service at a competitive price.

Diagnosed the problem in seconds, tuned the door up, programmed a remote for me and he was done. Quick and easy. Local company. Good people.

I got a quote from another company and they wanted 600$ told me everything needed to be replaced and Bill's son came out inspected it and it just needed a new part and we replaced our rollers. It was all under $200. We just had them back out again to install a bigger garage door opener and it was under 400$. They are super fast and friendly all the work was done in under 30 minutes. They even swept up my garage floor. Would highly recommend! They are honest and fast!

Yelp5We used Bill's for the second time today. A bracket holding two of our garage door panels snapped causing the door to become useless and stuck in the up position. I called at 8:30am and was told they had no opening's today, but they would see if they could switch some things around to accomodate us. Wihin in 10 minutes I received a call back saying they'd be out to our house by 3pm. Bill Jr. arrived at 2:45pm and couldn't have been nicer (he even whistles while he works!). By 3:15pm the door was fixed and all was good again. Superior service, exceptionally reasonable pricing. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this company to everyone as they are so honest they even tell you when you may have an idea that is not cost effective. I have relied on them for repairs, upgrading the door opener, emergency service, we have run the gambit and I have received the best service in all of these circumstances.
