Wasn't too bad. The only thing was I paid to have a door installed and look nice. Instead I had a door installed, paid the money, and was instructed to seal the rest of the door up. Not sure if this is common practice to have the customer finish the job by sealing a door themselves and if it is, then maybe I'll change my rating but I felt I paid good money to have the garage door installed and had to finish the seal myself.

we hired Bob to put in our garage door 5 years ago and let me tell you it was the best experience. First he took us around the neighborhood to narrow the field of what we liked. he was great pointing out the positives in the doors I liked. He installed a door that was quiet efficient and great looking. The door is such high quality that when the cat challenged the door the cat won. He also installed a key pad on the door so we don't need a key to enter. excellent Idea. a few years later we had some questions and he was johnny on the spot to answer our questions.
