Angi5I found California Construction Center through Angie’s list, and picked them because they were featured on TV show Flip This House. The main contacts are the owners Jonathan and Ozi, both are professional. I am very satisfied with them. The are very easy to deal with, no hassle. They will take care of all the headaches for you. Services Rendered: The project is a remodel of the whole house from 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths to 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, in addition a remodel of the garage with a modern garage door. They removed all the inside partitions and walls of the house and redesigned it. It is practically a new house. This is all designed by Jonathan. They constructed a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Both are custom made. They designed an open concept living room. This is now a modern house. If you would like to see their work, you are welcome to visit my house just call Jonathan. Other house projects include: New foundation, concrete slab, Smooth finish Santa Barbara Stucco, gardening, plumbing, Electrical, New roof, solar panel, HVAC, Cable ready, 240 volt outlet for electric cars, Garden landscaping. The house is almost done just the finishing touches.

Angi5Well, of course we had to use California construction Center when we purchased another home, the kitchen needed a lot of work and I really wanted to open the dining room up. And we were so excited to call Jonathan and his "guys" to come do the job for us, we didn't even bother getting other estimates. The kitchen went from old, out dated (appliances too) too small, because of the dining room, to the most amazing kitchen, new cabinets, new appliances, new countertops, new floors, it looks like a show room kitchen and dining room now!! Thank you Jonathan and everyone at California construction Center, AGAIN, for an amazing job, and of course we will use you guys again and again! Angi5I was very nervous, I had just moved to Los Angeles and bought a home, that was, well, kind of falling apart and I wasn't too sure who to call. I checked out Angie's list and found my "Life Savers", California Construction Center! I started out with just the bathrooms & kitchen remodeling and then half way through that, because I was so pleased, I asked Jonathan if they could do more work, "Of course we can, we can do whatever you want us to do", so with that, I just kept adding projects, new tile floors, new lighting through out the house, new "stamped" concrete and new circular driveway, new roof, with sky lights and solar, new walls, making more room, I just stand back and look at the difference each day and I am SO happy with my "new" house. I'm truly thinking about adding a pool and outdoor kitchen BBQ, for next summer. Thank you, sincerely, California Construction Center, for helping make a really nervous decision turn into such a "calm" one, Jonathan, you and your company are "family" thanks again! Angi5California Construction Center is an amazing company. No other company was able to meet my needs and demands with such poise, professionalism, and expertise. They worked on a very large, very tedious project, and they were able to maintain all aspects of their professionalism from the beginning to the very end. I am not a very easy person to please, granted I know this. But I was fortunate to have come a across a company which is not only extremely knowledgeable of the process and work needed, but that they were essentially very patient and encouraging along the way. They worked with me to meet all my needs, they never went over me and every step of the way I was confident that each and every task was being executed in the most efficient and proper manner possible. California Construction Center is a company unlike the rest. They make it clear that their ultimate goal is to make their customers comfortable, happy, and satisfied through and through. My entire house was basically in their hands, and I am so happy it was, because every action they took, every decision we as a team along with them made, only improved and bettered my house. Their staff and team are absolutely the best group of people my family and I had the privilege of working and doing business with. Some of the guys include, Jonathan, EZ, and Ben, whom I met with personally throughout the project and I can say wholeheartedly that they were amazing... Thank You California Construction Center. we will always keep you in mind for any future work or task needed. Services Rendered: I had a 2 story house that needed immediate service. I had a little bit of almost everything needed to renew, refresh and replenish an existing house. the entire contraction project was a large ordeal and I had general housing renovation and repair needs, which were addressed. I had many tasks at hand that I felt needed attention to them. and California Construction Center was able to do it all from A-Z. I had a sinking foundation which needed rising and fixing. I also needed an approximate 1000 sq. feet addition to my house which includes both 1 and 2 story. I basically renovated my entire house including but not limited to my entire Kitchen, and my two of Bathrooms, I also had minor parts and corners of the house worked on as well. California Construction Center worked to renew and repair all aspects of the house (both interior and exterior), including Plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.. I had large areas of stucco work executed on the exterior od my house, including painting work. I also had roofing done to complete the look and feel of the house. They altered my driveway, and did everything entailed into making it like brand new. All jobs included but not limited to hardscaping and landscaping services.

Angi5I called California Construction Center first after I decided that I wanted to go forward with my room addition plans. This was my second project working with them after I had my kitchen and bathrooms redone. I was able to meet with the owner Jonathan once again to discuss my plans for an addition and have him help guide me through the process with his design knowledge. My anxiety to build the room addition was very high however at the same time I felt hesitant to go through more construction on my home. We agreed on a start date for the addition and the work started promptly with no delay. They started by tearing down a large portion from the side of the wall in order to make the connection to the new room that would be added. This was the worst part for me to watch but I knew the new and improved home was on its way. This home improvement project was much easier to handle for us due to the fact that the area being worked on was not actually part of the house yet. The company played their part with scheduling work hours around our schedule and getting steps of the project completed in a reasonable timeframe of ten weeks. In the end I am very happy with the results. They have done another great job on my home with the new room addition. It?s difficult to tell the difference from where my house stops and where the addition begins. I wanted to ensure that the room addition would blend into the home as just another room and they were successful in doing so. The additional space will be used as another bedroom for the home and I am glad we can finally take advantage of the previously unused space. The standards of California Construction Center are in line with mine and I love the work that they do. Their workers are professional, friendly, and considerate to your needs. I have yet to have any issues with the home improvement projects California Construction Center has provided me with. Services Rendered: I am highly satisfied with the work that California Construction Center previously performed on my home and had the chance to work with them again. Their work ethic and professionalism has shown to be of the best in the business that I have seen. I added a new 300 square foot addition to the side of my home on the first floor to make room for a growing family. I felt it was a necessary project for my home as moving was not an option for us.

Angi5The overall room addition process with them was smooth and they ensured that everything was right for my project and fit my needs. I expected an end result and they delivered it to me accordingly. All the construction work flowed on schedule and fortunately I did not experience any unpleasant problems or complications. The field supervisor Eli helped me understand the steps throughout the room addition and kept me at ease. I have heard horror stories about construction companies not meeting time and quality deadlines, but I am more than satisfied with the work that California Construction Center provided. I started searching for a reputable company online and found California Construction Center and gave them a call. They scheduled an appointment to see my home and gave me a fair estimate for my room addition, which was also within my budget. I met with a designer who was also the owner named Jonathan. He was very professional and personable throughout the consultation. He showed us on a 3D model how our new home will look like, my wife was amazed. Their price was very reasonable and given their credentials, I had a feeling that they were the best choice for a construction company. After the agreement was made and the work began, I had mixed feelings. The hardest part was seeing my home being demolished in different areas, but I knew it had to be done in order for them to build the room addition. I was sure that one way or another my home was going to be changed for the better. The field supervisor Eli made sure that everything was on schedule and that my home would be better than ever. Not only that, the workers communicated with me well and helped me understand what was going on at each particular point of the project I asked about. In the end the addition was very well built and it perfectly blends into the rest of my home giving it a much needed size increase. California Construction Center went above and beyond my expectations, for that I highly recommend them! Services Rendered: California Construction Center built a room addition by extending my home through the backyard. They started with framing the addition which was approximately 500 square feet and gave me a good visual of my new larger home. They then moved on to installing windows to ensure that they matched the style of the rest of the home. Next they incorporated hardwood flooring that fit the purpose of the addition which was to extend the living room area. Lastly, they added the finishing touches of paint and made sure everything was up to the right standards for my home.
