To sum up my experiences, he is knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. He won't overcharge or do work that is not needed to drive up the price. He will fix what is needed and make recommendations. Super nice person to have worked with. If you're having challenges with your garage door, give Jon a call.

Yelp5On the way of dropping of our child at soccer club, we were a bit in hurry and bumped into the opening garage door which was back then neither opening nor closing, leaving it at half-way open state. Bye bye soccer club. We used Google Home Services and Covenant Garage Doors was one of the first three listed. I immediately got a text message while the other two service providers didn't respond. Early bird gets the worm. The technician came by to fix the garage in less than an hour. He was actually on a trip with his family and came back just to fix our garage. Rather than having some great time with his dad, his children were waiting patiently in the car for an hour and played a bit with their skateboards. I felt really sorry for ruining their weekend, and I owe them a 5 star plus for it. The work was great and the garage door is working fine without any issues.

Yelp1I had my garage opener installed 3/2/13 by covenant and the spring broke 8/14/16, 'called them and set me up for the next day appointment (10:00 - 12:00), waited and waited, then i called them @11:45 and they said no tech. available (they never bothered to call me). So, set up an appointment in the next 2 days (8:00 - 10:00) waited and waited, called them and gave me the same excuse again, I beg to the supervisor to expedite my request but they said, tech will be available in my area before 6pm today (8.17.16). Let's see!!!! I missed my work for 2 days because of this mess... Definitely, I will not recommend to a friend or anyone!

Yelp5Excellent service. They came out same day to do an assessment and next day arrived with parts to fix my stuck garage door. Job was completed within an hour and no issues so far. Recommend for garage door repairs!

Yelp3My building contractor referred me to Jonathan and Mathew to install new garage door and opener.. Mathew was supposed to be provide a quote on a Friday morning and was no show for the the appointment. I had to take permission from my work and drive 12 miles for this appointment. A phone call or an SMS would have have helped. I was subsequently given a Saturday appointment. Matt came in within the 2 hour appointment window and provided the quote. However, I decided not to avail their service.

Yelp1Maybe a good company to install your expensive new doors, but not when you have a door failure and need prompt, responsive, trusted service. Inability to diagnose the problem. Repeated schedule changes at the last minute; often at short notice. Unavailability of parts. Constantly changing price quotes.

Yelp1There's nothing I love more than to agree to a 2-hour window on a SATURDAY where I wait around only to have your irresponsible employee pull a no-show. At ten minutes after the end of the window, I call the dispatcher and she has the technician call me. I should have known better than to agree to another appointment that day but I did. 2:30 PM was our next appointment and it came and went. TWO NO-SHOWS IN ONE DAY! How do you stay in business? This isn't 1978. We all have mobile phones and your employees should be professional enough to call and advise the next customer if they are running late. Aaron Overhead Door got our business thanks to your lousy service.
