Google5We had Roman, Benny, Tadeo and several other members of their crew come and fully replace all our windows in two days. A super solid crew of guys. We can't say enough about how impressed we are. All of them were kind, respectful of our home and really hard working. They did an amazing job of removing our old windows and adding the new ones with limited impact. Super clean job site all the way through the job. Contained dust/dirt, installed the ones without a scratch, managed city inspection with no worries and had the place spick and span, literally like it never happened...except I have awesome new windows and sliding door.

Google5My experience with Customer Exteriors has been positive from start to finish! I had two windows replaced and siding installed on the front of my home. Mark and Zoltan are amazing craftsmen! They finished up my job yesterday and I could not be happier! They were a delight to work with! I appreciated their attention to every detail, treating my home as if it was theirs. Their pride in their work truly shows! Mark also suggested that I change out the existing lights for ones that were elongated and more modern to go with the vertical lines of the paneling, which look amazing 😊 Team Mark and Zoltan are an asset to your company! After this week together they feel like family😊 Custom Exteriors was recommended to us by our friend Jay who had you do his home a few years back. I am so happy that we had this recommendation and will let all that come by know that Custom Exteriors did the work and that we are very pleased with your work.

Custom Exteriors did a fabulously impressive job for our recent door project. Custom Exteriors was highly recommended by one of our friends because our friends were happy with Custom Exteriors. We were looking at more than several vendors and Custom Exteriors definitely was the best from many aspects such as experience, knowledge, transparency, dependability, integrity, customer success and quality focus. The whole company from their executives to several functional teams such as sales, production team, finance is very customer oriented for customer success - it has been a delight to work with the teams at Custom Exteriors. Custom Exteriors kept us well informed of key steps / progress during the entire process. Google5Custom Exteriors is an amazing company! I highly recommend Custom Exteriors to anyone who wants the highest quality windows with expert installation! To start, Sales Representative Robert Vigil came to my condo to scope out the project. He listened carefully to my questions and gave me suggestions for windows that fit my vision of an expansive view of Mt. Diablo with the latest energy-efficiency. Next, Owner Jeff Kendall took the time to come to my condo TWICE to see that everything was done right - once at the beginning to measure the job precisely and then during installation, to check all the details. During the 4-day installation period, all the staff and installers were very helpful and professional. They were always easy to reach on the phone, informed me of each step in the process, and answered my questions. It was a top-notch team effort. I highly recommend the Custom Exteriors Team to anyone who wants new windows done right!

Google5From the start Robert presented us with a great window product with custom fit. He even went the long yard when, reasons unknown, I had issues with financing. Our deal finally went through, all 21 windows were designed to our needs, and a date was estimated for installation. After our HOA approval, and the windows were ready Custome Exteriors called for an appointment. The crew of three showed up on a Thursday morning at about 10:30AM. The crew lead, Riberto, had me sign some waivers, asked where I’d like to start, and they all began extracting the windows. I was truly impressed with their work ethic because they had all the windows out in a couple of hours. By 3:30PM, Roberto, Ñalo, and Hugo had all the windows installed. I was astonished. They then proceeded to seal all the upstairs windows. By 5PM they were done, and Roberto said they return at 8AM the next day to seal the bottom floor windows. I was truly impressed upon completion of the job! Roberto had informed me that a small window screen did not come with the order. He ordered it. The following day, I noticed a small rip on the front door screen. I texted Robert and he said they’d take care of it. All in all Custome Windows did a superb Job.

Google5Original Review July 2023. It was time for my home to change all my door and never experienced of doing this. I called several companies to come and see and in main time try to learn at same time. Everyone come and go spend maximum of 15 min and said they will be back with quotation. But Custom Exterior was only one visit me and set almost over 3 hours help me what I need to do and consider if changing my doors. At same time sales man had all samples and his PC with him to show me then made full quotation before leaving my home. Immediately choose them and order every single doors at my home and some windows. During process they fully helped with city permit plus their sales manager David help me with my local permit. Doors were arrived as it was promised less than 8 weeks. Before installation their Cesar and one of owner of Custom Exterior Jeff visited my house to make sure everything go smooth and since I was worry about home keep clean while this happening. They issuer me be all done and they would cover everything. Installer were here few days later and it was amazing how organized and fast started replacing doors. Everything was cover or moved and at end they vacuum everything put everything back to normal. Installers Robert and Christopher were marvelous in explaining along while they were making progress. All my doors were installed in 3 days. A lot of work. Robert made sure job is done clean with all boarders was putting around doors. I could not imagine how everything from begging went smooth plus they were really patient with all questions I had. I recommend Custom Exterior highly giving 5 star does not reprint this company wish could put more star on top. Thank for great job Custom exterior. If decide change my window you guys be first to call. Thanks Cesar and Robert. Update for May 1, 2024: I have some good news to share! During my recent trip, our bedroom door was accidentally left unlocked. Luckily, Custom Exteriors, the company that installed the door, was able to help us out. Although I had some trouble locking it, I reached out to the owner, Jeff Kendall, and he was happy to come to our home to ensure everything was secure. I really appreciate his quick response and great service. By the way, I wanted to show you some pictures captured by our outdoor camera during Jeff's visit to our place.

Angi2I was really disappointed by the large disconnect between the sales force and the people that did the work. The sales force was professional and seemed to know what they were doing. With previous jobs I've had done you could work out problems and details with the job superintendent, but with this job superintendent I was unable to. I was not able to work out the problems and details with this firm. They would end up doing stuff and it would get shifted back to the company guys who would then determine the cost of the change order. The price was usually very unreasonable. So, we had to argue about whether or not I approved the change order. Normally, you approve the cost of the change order ahead of time and then you complete the work. This was exactly the opposite. In this case they wold just do the work and then a few days later I would get the cost for it. And, that is normally fine if the cost is reasonable but these were crazy high. One example is when they installed a new door in my garage. I knew from past experiences with the building department that they would require an exterior light to go with the door. I kept asked them if they had an electrician that is going to put this in. They said initially they didn't have anybody, but when they showed up they said they could have one of their guys do it. So, one of their guys did it and he didn't do it right. He tapped into an existing 20 amp circuit and he used the wrong gauge wire. So, I had to hire another local electrician to come in and fix it after being charged a lot of money for work that was not done to code. I'm trying to get another company to come out to finish out the trim work on the windows and the doors. The windows are nice fiberglass windows but someone ordered them with jam extensions that are the wrong size. So, the windows were put in and now it's going to be difficult to finish the installation because the jamming extensions don't match the stucco on the inside of the house. I eventually just gave up arguing with them about that. It's been a bad experience all the way around. Services Rendered: Custom Exteriors did stucco work, replaced a front door in the garage and installed some windows.
