Yelp5My garage door springs broke and put an inquiry on Yelp at 6:06pm. One company responded immediately from "Safety Garage Door Repair & Installation" saying they can do it between 7pm to 9pm. I waited for the guy to show up and around 8:50pm he texted me saying he can't make it. Ronnie from Cyprus also texted me saying he can do it the same night but he was a little too late initially. So I reached out to him around 9pm asking if he can do it and he replied saying yes and within 30 min, he was at my house and the repair was done within an hour. He also educated me on how the springs work, etc. Very knowledgeable and nice guy. Highly recommended. Price was also very competitive.

Yelp5Amazing service. Had an unlucky garage door accident (something in the way of my garage door while opening) and the cable came off my door's pulley. Door was off the tracks and some bolts flew off. I gave Ronnie a call and he showed up within 30 minutes (Easter Sunday evening) and had my door running better than ever in less than an hour. One of the most genuine guys i've met and a great teacher. 100% recommend this business.

Yelp5The pinnacle of professionalism, Ronnie is a true PRO!!! He arrived the same day, assessed the problem which was way more complicated that I had realized and fixed it within a couple hours. His prices are extremely competitive and, I feel, he under charged me so I gave him a big tip which was totally deserved! Ronnie goes above and beyond and I wish he offered other services besides garage door repair but he does one thing and just slays at it!!

Yelp5Ronnie was great from start to finish! One of our garage door springs broke and Ronnie was able to come out within an hour to repair it. The next morning, our garage door opener suddenly stopped working. We contacted Ronnie and he came out within an hour to inspect it. He determined we needed a new opener after all and only charged us for the opener itself (no labor). He wanted to assure us that the failure of the opener was not a result of his workmanship with replacing the springs. Ronnie is a true professional and has very competitive prices as well. Going forward, I'll be recommending Cyprus Garage Door Repair to all my neighbors, family and friends if they ever need garage door repair/service!

Yelp5Ronnie was awesome. I could not be happier with this service. I thought I needed my springs replaced and possibly a new garage door. I got an immediate response from Cyprus and Ronnie was there that day. He told me that my door and springs were fine, and explained to me the few things that need to be fixed to get my garage door working again. He got my garage door working again in an hour and I ended up spending less than half of what I thought. I highly recommend Cyprus for their honesty, integrity, pricing and quality.

Yelp5Ronnie from Cyprus Garage Door Repair has provided me with the excellent service of quickly identifying the problem (exchanging couple videos/photos) and then replacing door springs at a time convenient for me. Price was very competitive too and Ronnie also provided some extra maintenance (motor power adjustment) and extra advice at no price and not trying to oversell. His services are highly recommended.

Yelp5I had a broken spring at 952 PM, looked on yelp and Ronnie responded replaced them within the hour !!! He explained each step from removing the spring, what the cable spool does, spring tensioning etc . I recommend him to anyone that has a broken spring or any garage related issues.

Yelp5Our garage torsion spring broke while one of the cars was still in the garage and we needed a quick replacement. Ronnie was quick to respond and even was able to come within 25 minutes. He explained everything he did and showed me how to replace the spring myself for next time if needed. Every communicative and detailed in the explanations. Asked me if I had any questions multiple times and made sure I understood why he was doing certain steps in the replacement. He did have to hammer a piece of metal that was stuck and even apologized for the noise. I agree with everyone else that his price is very competitive, especially for the time of day (11-12pm). Highly recommended!
