Google5Ace was recommended by Fidelity Home Warranty. It was easy to make appointments at a convenient time. The first tech diagnosed the problem as a circuit board, and he had to order one. A couple of weeks later a second tech came, replaced the circuit board and programmed our remotes. In working with the door, he noted that the springs were inadequate, the cables and rollers were worn after 20 years, and the actual opener is no longer under code, because it does not have a battery backup. We need to replace the the springs and rebuild the opening mechanism. Very observant. I am waiting for a bid, and I will compare it with other providers. Meanwhile, the door works.

Google5Quickly came after being contacted and was very efficient in diagnosing the broken spring and bearings. Malik got everything done in 40 minutes like he said and was very professional and friendly. Overall great experience and I’d trust them again with any issue.

Google5Malik was the best! We went from a loud, old door with rusting components to a quiet, beautiful new system with all sorts of bells and whistles. Couldn’t be happier. Malik was an excellent communicator and just one of the nicest people you could meet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

He made sure to explain everything that he was doing, and even called my Home Warranty on my behalf to negotiate fixing the issue. Google5I called another company first...and got a very salesy and inflated quote. I then talked to Malik described the job and he gave a me an honest quote with a breakdown for parts and labor. He arrived within 2 hours as promised, and even tho the job was more involved than i was able to describe on the phone he honoured his estimate and completed the job in 1.5 hours. It is nice to see craftmanship and integrity in the same package. I highly recommend Malik and Ace's for emergency service.

Google5I had an excellent experience with Malik, who came to install my garage door. He showed up early, was very polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He worked quickly but was also very thorough, making sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and I honestly think he’s one of the best the company could have sent. Highly recommend Malik if you want professional, reliable service!

He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the mechanism and operation of the garage door. He explained what he did to repair the garage door in great detail. Google5Nathan is a great representative for Ace's Garage door. He showed up on time. He was very helpful and he explained everything. I was a little surprised by the cost of the replacement spring but it is thru a home warranty program which is always a crapshoot.

Yelp5My garage door springs broke and put an inquiry on Yelp at 6:06pm. One company responded immediately from "Safety Garage Door Repair & Installation" saying they can do it between 7pm to 9pm. I waited for the guy to show up and around 8:50pm he texted me saying he can't make it. Ronnie from Cyprus also texted me saying he can do it the same night but he was a little too late initially. So I reached out to him around 9pm asking if he can do it and he replied saying yes and within 30 min, he was at my house and the repair was done within an hour. He also educated me on how the springs work, etc. Very knowledgeable and nice guy. Highly recommended. Price was also very competitive.

Yelp5Amazing service. Had an unlucky garage door accident (something in the way of my garage door while opening) and the cable came off my door's pulley. Door was off the tracks and some bolts flew off. I gave Ronnie a call and he showed up within 30 minutes (Easter Sunday evening) and had my door running better than ever in less than an hour. One of the most genuine guys i've met and a great teacher. 100% recommend this business.

Yelp5The pinnacle of professionalism, Ronnie is a true PRO!!! He arrived the same day, assessed the problem which was way more complicated that I had realized and fixed it within a couple hours. His prices are extremely competitive and, I feel, he under charged me so I gave him a big tip which was totally deserved! Ronnie goes above and beyond and I wish he offered other services besides garage door repair but he does one thing and just slays at it!!

Yelp5Ronnie was great from start to finish! One of our garage door springs broke and Ronnie was able to come out within an hour to repair it. The next morning, our garage door opener suddenly stopped working. We contacted Ronnie and he came out within an hour to inspect it. He determined we needed a new opener after all and only charged us for the opener itself (no labor). He wanted to assure us that the failure of the opener was not a result of his workmanship with replacing the springs. Ronnie is a true professional and has very competitive prices as well. Going forward, I'll be recommending Cyprus Garage Door Repair to all my neighbors, family and friends if they ever need garage door repair/service!

Yelp5Our garage torsion spring broke while one of the cars was still in the garage and we needed a quick replacement. Ronnie was quick to respond and even was able to come within 25 minutes. He explained everything he did and showed me how to replace the spring myself for next time if needed. Every communicative and detailed in the explanations. Asked me if I had any questions multiple times and made sure I understood why he was doing certain steps in the replacement. He did have to hammer a piece of metal that was stuck and even apologized for the noise. I agree with everyone else that his price is very competitive, especially for the time of day (11-12pm). Highly recommended!
