Yelp1Ordered doors March 2023. Told approx. 10 week ETA. Didn't receive doors until August 2023. Upon install, 2 of the 3 doors were wrong (incorrect caulking). Returned & received 2 more doors in December 2023 that have scratches but we're not going through the hassle of returning them. Also, cracked metal track on 1 of the 3 doors from initial install. Multiple phone calls & emails to the company to repair/replace the track. To date, no update or call back to resolve the problem. Ridiculous!

Yelp5My experience with Door Pros was a good one. I'd highly recommend them. My house got butchered by the previous owner, one of the issues being they had installed an undersized second-hand garage door. Door Pros not only provided me the lowest quote for what I wanted, but they also included busting out the lumber the prior owner used to reduce the door opening to the size of the secondhand door they installed. There was only one hiccup in the process: the manufacturer was not coming through on the date promised. Still, Door Pros made it good for me with a balance adjustment which was an honorable thing, which I truly appreciated. All the Door Pros people I had dealings with were very professional and the outcome once the door was installed was exceptional, an overall wonderful experience. Thank you everyone at Door Pros!

Yelp2We hired Door Pros to install a new garage door about 2 1/2 years ago as part of our home remodel. The initial customer service and installation went perfectly. We were really happy with how things went and how our garage door worked. The problems started soon after. The installer said that someone would be by shortly to replace the old, broken trim to match our new door. No one ever showed up. After a year, I started my follow up. I spoke to a nice woman name Bree in August of '22 who was very helpful - unfortunately, the company kept sending the wrong trim, and she promised to ping me when they finally got it in. I never heard back (maybe she left the company?) , and 3 phone messages and 2 emails last year were never answered. What is up with this company?

Yelp1I hired garage pros in 2020 to install garage doors with side mount motors, powder quoted hardware and semi high lift tracks. They promised delivery in 2 months and took entire year to install normal doors after 1 year. The doors were not setup right they said they will setup when they change the high tracks and powder coated hardware in a month. After multiple reminders and calls They showed up After 1 year again the tracks and doors were not compatible to work so they said they will come back to install higher track. After three years I do have one high track one normal track. Both doors still dont open.. i am tired of calling and reminding.. I have a need to use my garage and told them I need to be able to open with the remotes but no response.. this company is a joke. You can for sure find another place to your garage doors. I needed refund for the payment I made. Or fix them asap.

Yelp2I realllyy wishI could give 5 stars but there have been a multitude of preventable errors during this whole process. Lack of communication, and multiple employees that have not followed through with what they promised. I will say that the installer was very nice. After waiting months for my new door the issues began: -door has panels. One panel had a ding and another panel had a scratch. -through my project manager a sent pictures and requested new panels. I was told they would be ordered -after waiting WEEKS I emailed her and to my surprise, she was no longer with the company. The new project manager stated that the old one had never even submitted the warranty replacement and that she would do it now -I waited WEEKS again and called to inquire and an appt was made -WEEKS later the installer shows up with ONE panel to replace. Mind blowing that after alll the time that has passed Door Pros still could not get it right - I call the project manager and am told that clopay thought the order was for one replacement and to repair the panel with the scratch - this was never discussed or communicated to me! - if that was even remotely true, why did the installer arrive with no way to "repair" the scratch?? No paint, nada - so again, here I am, almost 4 months later with a garage door that is damaged and likely WEEKS more of waiting
