Angi1We thought they did a timely job and the doors worked well - for a while. But as soon as any problems developed they didn't return calls, didn't want to deal with the work, and come to find out actually installed the doors incorrectly. Price - was decent and they worked with me to find the right door. Quality - the door is a good quality but it was installed incorrectly, thus the F Responsiveness - didn't return phone calls thus the F Punctuality - again the initial install was fine - but the follow up and lack of response equates to an F Professionalism - if you can't guarantee your work, improperly install the product you advertise and can't return phone calls you are not a professional. Thus the F. We had to find another contractor - who is wonderful! - to come do some repair work and he is the one who found a ton of mistakes and correctly fixed the doors so they work much better, are much quieter and less hassle. Doors Done Right did not return my calls when I couldn't get one of the doors to shut. I understand there was a divorce right after our installation and neither member wanted to take responsibility when I had called on some missing paperwork. I will NOT use Doors Done Right. And I will NOT recommend them. Services Rendered: They removed two existing garage doors and replaced them with new ones.

Angi5It went according to plan as described above. Services Rendered: We replaced our garage door. The opening consultation went well with all the options presented. An appointment time was set for installation and that went right on schedule. There was one minor negligent event regarding a paid, and not installed, slide lock, which took a couple of phone calls to get resolved and completed. Nevertheless, they're a fine outfit to do business with and my wife and I are both pleased. Oh yeah, one last thing, the installer even reactivated our old automatic opener which we thought was kaput, just as a favor.

Angi5They did a great job and were reasonably priced. I gave them a B on Punctuality because they were orginally scheduled for Friday, but were delayed in getting the parts needed and didn't do the work until Monday. Other than that, they did a great job! Services Rendered: They repaired my garage door that needed 2 panels replaced.

Angi3It's hard to rate since one one ever showed up for the appointment. Services Rendered: None. I made an appointment to have my garage door repaired, but no one ever showed up. I called to see if they had forgotten or if they needed to reschedule, but my voicemail was never returned. I still haven't received a phone call with any explanation (my appointment was last Saturday, and it's Tuesday afternoon).

Angi1Called them on 10/1 to set appt for repair/tuning of garage doors (spring tension). Set an appt for 10/8 with a window of 8-10AM. On 10/8 I stayed home and waited from 8-10:30. No repairman and no call. I called them and the owner said she had sent the truck out, but when she looked furhter she said something to the effect "Oh, I guess it didn't get on the schedule". I told her to cancel the appt I would go with someone else. I had previously used this company for garage door repair and the work was satisfactory, but I had to call the owner three times to get the rebate offered in her Angies listing. Angi5Perfectly done. They had to put a double rail in because low ceiling clearance. Roles up very smooth and quiet. Services Rendered: Install two garage doors on front of house.
