Yelp5Justin responded pretty much instantly to our quote request, for replacing broken garage door springs. We set up an appointment for an estimate and he stopped by right on time and quickly laid out some options. For the actual repair appointment, Justin was available the same day, which was great! He did end up a little behind schedule, but that can be pretty unavoidable in a business where big install jobs are mixed in with quick, urgent jobs like ours. Justin communicated the minor delay to us well in advance, though, so we could adjust our plans. During the repair appointment, he noticed another unrelated issue with our door which he also fixed, at no cost. I especially appreciated that he probably spent as much time checking that everything was working well afterward, as he did on the repair itself. I hope our garage door is in good shape for a long while now, but if that turns out not to be the case, I'd definitely call Dream Bay Garage Door again to help!

Angi5On Feb 15 2024 , a driver backed off his car right into the garage door in Berkeley , at 2 am. Sadly we had to sleep with the garage door open all night. First thing in the morning. My partner Mike called Justin from Dream bay garage door, after reading great reviews on Yelp and Angie, we decide to go for it Just got us taken care same day He was able to replace the whole door to a much nicer door. He went way out if his way to make us happy. By far the best home services we used but such a lovely person. Highly recommended. Price fantastic Service above that !! Quality 10 stars. He was clear in explaining the alternatives, their costs, limits and advantages. I chose the cheapest and was happy to hear that the company had one hundred dollar discount for over 70 age.
