Yelp5This is the second time I've asked Jack to help with my garage door. The first time was a few years, but I forgot to write a review. I can't imagine finding anyone else. I attempted to add a slide lock (had a few car break-ins in the neighborhood) but broke my garage door instead. I thought I was looking at a new garage door! The panels were all bent out of shape, cables disconnected, and several rollers fell off. I called 8am and he came 10:30am. Fixed everything within an hour. He's licensed and insured too. That's why I don't go to the company I first bought my door from.

Yelp5Called Jack based on reading his reviews and let him know we had a broken garage door spring. His prices were very competitive, so I sent him pictures of the opener and springs. He showed up same day at the agreed upon time with the correct parts in hand. Turns out that the original springs were not the correct parts for our door and were not supplying enough pressure offload to the opener. The correct parts were obviously heavier duty springs by looking at them. He replaced both springs with the correct parts for the unit, adjusted the door, and reprogrammed the opener for the correct springs and honored his original price. I highly recommend Jack. He is extremely knowledgeable, very well spoken, and honest. When this unit needs to be replaced, Jack will be replacing it.

I was able to schedule a replacement appointment at 4 p.m. He showed up on time and finished the work within 40 minutes. What a fantastic job! I highly recommend Jack if you need someone to replace the broken spring in your garage door.

Yelp5I live in condo, and my garage door can not open at that time. Jack is very professional and quickly help to open it, then fix the cable issues. I have little knowledge for garage door. Jack is patient to answer all my questions which is not even relevant the door open issue. Definitely I would like to ask for help from Jack again if my garage door get some problem again.
