Because our water heater was so old, there was a lot of work bringing everything up to code. Gino was a lifesaver, putting in a huge effort to get the job done as fast as possible. He explained everything very clearly, and worked with us to try and contain the costs. Gino doesn't stop until the job is done right, and we can't recommend him highly enough! I put N/A for price as it turned into a very expensive project for us, but that's because the work was more complicated than we expected. "B" for punctuality because Gino arrived at 3 and stayed until midnight (!) Services Rendered: Replace 28 year-old gas water heater
