We backed a car into our garage door and called AOGD. They scheduled something for the next day. Jason came out, explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed - did the work quickly, walked us through the repairs, and was 100% professional. He even talked us through the ins and outs of getting a replacement door, which we will consider in the future. I will call them for any other needed repairs, and they will be top of my list when we do decide to replace our garage door.

Herman knows what he is doing, does what he says he will do and delivers. We had a major malfunction and got another company to send their person and that person basically unscrewed everything and couldn't get everything back together. Herman came to the rescue and we now have a functional garage door again.

Our garage door opener (Liftmaster Chain Drive 2009 Model) stopped working last Friday. Found Flag Overhead Service on Yelp with great reviews so I thought I give it a go. Called Herman first thing on Monday. He came out to our home that evening to access the situation. Herman gave us no BS and offered to replace the unit with a new belt drive model, Liftmaster 8750-4, the following day. He came out promptly again Tuesday afternoon and our garage door was NOT FIXED, BUT UPGRADED before 5pm on Tuesday. I have had many garage door service done in the past but Herman BY FAR the best service I have had. Having garage issues? Give Herman a call.

Herman was OUTSTANDING! He was recommended to us by a neighbor whose garage door spring broke. The same thing happened to us, so we immediately called Herman. I called him on a Saturday morning, and he was able to come out Saturday afternoon. Although this time didn't work for us, he came out on a Sunday. Can you believe that? Service on a Sunday! He was there, right when he said he was going to be, completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time, and charged a very reasonable rate. Our garage door works better now than when it was first installed. Can't recommend Herman and this company enough!

Jason did an amazing job. Quick install of the liftmaster we bought, went above and beyond to make sure we were all set (lubricant, chain, sensors, keypad). Tested everything. Showed us how to override things. Gave us tips about strange things (like sunlight into the sensor causing it to not work right). Even cleaned up after himself (swept up staples, nails, etc.). Great job! Services Rendered: Installed 1/2hp liftmaster chain motor we bought off amazon. Replaced sensors, box, added keypad.

I needed garage door springs replaced at my father-in-law's house after one broke. I called Flag, they arrived quickly, and springs were replaced. There was an issue a couple of weeks later when the garage did not open completely. I called and they again quickly came to make an adjustment under their warranty. I downgraded a notch for Professionalism because of the condition of their truck. That said, I will take good service over a pretty truck. Services Rendered: Garage door spring replacement.

Called Flag - after describing problem I received an estimate - parts and labor over the phone. He arrived right on time, spent about 1.5 hours, showed me exactly where the old screw thread had worn. Cleaned up after himself and was very professional throughout the process. I would use Flag Overhead for any garage door repair or replacement. Cost was as expected. Services Rendered: Small company - did a great job. Needed the garage door pull track replaced when the old one wore out - a 10 year old Genie product. When I described the symptoms, Herman (owner) new exactly the problem and described how he would replace the track. I researched the problem on the web - solution exactly as described by Herman.

I recently bought a fixer upper house and one of the first problems that needed to address was the garage door. The door was an old side spring design that no longer worked. On Friday I called Flag Overhead Garage Door Service and left a message. I received a call back quickly, they verbally walked through several options available and the amount of time needed for each. He pointed me to online information on the options we discussed and made an appointment for him to come over the next day to make measurements and finalize the work. He showed up on time on Saturday morning and we agreed upon the work. On Tuesday (3 days later), the installer showed up with a brand new door. I was surprised it was one person but over the course of about 3 hours, he efficiently removed the old door completely and then installed the new door and a new (and very quiet) automatic garage door opener. In addition to working very smoothly, the new door disappears out of the door opening giving me the full door opening to work with. The whole process was fast and affordable.
