Yelp5The offload spring for my garage door detached from the wall after I opened the door getting home from work. I put out feelers on Yelp and Kirk responded with availability that evening despite it being dark and raining. Kirk showed up when he said he would and diligently set my garage door right again with a high degree of pride in his craft. Once the door was working properly he then ran a full inspection and greased all the hinges. I am extremely pleased and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

The jobs itself (replacing two garage door openers) was done fast and clean, the place was left spotless. Kirk even returned later to finish some tidying up that he missed (which I would not have even noticed or cared, but it was important for him to do a perfect job). Thank you!

Yelp5Kirk responded to quote within 20 minutes and finished replacing two springs in an hour. He balanced the garage door and lubricated the door as well. Kirk came out at 10:45 pm and did not charge an extra fee for being after hours. He did not rush the job and answered all my questions.

Yelp5They already have a presence in Bay and started a new company for Fremont area. I am very satisfied with their commitment, communication and caliber to fix my garage door which I bumped into while backing up. The hinges and tracks are bent and so it stuck in the middle. It was 8 pm in the night , stumbled on this account on Yelp and gave them a call. They are prompt , on time as committed ETA in an hour and fixed it diligently, Kirk was very nice gentle man answering patiently all my basic questions. I know others who rip money working late hours for a service like this. In the end, he figured out that garage makes noise while closing ( which was a problem from before) , he took some time to apply lubricant on all the hinges and bolts. I won't think twice using them again and recommend for your garage fixes.
