We had Frontier Pacific come out to our business to make repairs to a sectional roll up door that was installed by a local vendor. After waiting weeks for our local vendor to fix their own faulty installation, I gave up and contacted Frontier Pacific. They came out quickly and fixed the controller that has been plaguing us for over a month. The tech was extremely thorough in examining the situation and explained the necessary work to make the repairs. He also waited for our authorization to proceed as it would have exceeded a standard repair. It's been weeks and our roll up door is working flawlessly. I've been so impressed with their work, we've retained their services to install a new door in another section of our facility.
