Yelp5M'y garage door spring broke, they were able to come same day I called and fixed it at a reasonable price ($385) for the area in a bit less than an hour. Also not pushy as other garage door company that want you to replace everything.

Yelp5I had used this company about 3 years ago to do some maintenance on my garage, and they did a great job for a decent price. Then yesterday, I suddenly had the cable connection to my garage spring decouple with the spring mechanism, and my garage door would not fully shut. I called late Sunday afternoon, and the owner answered the phone himself and apologized that the one guy he has working at the moment has a back injury and was not sure if he would be able to come over soon to fix my garage. He then recommended to local, reputable companies (such as Alert Door in Burlingame) and gave me reasonable price ranges to expect. He even warned me about certain companies to avoid because some charge exorbitant prices. He really went above and beyond to help me out. I ended up going with Alert Door, who charged a reasonable price that I was told to look out for. I will be replacing my beat up garage door soon and will definitely search out for Garage Door Factory for that job -- they are an honest bunch that cares for their customers!

Yelp5This is my first yelp review. I always tell myself to do them but never end up taking the time. I felt compelled to post a review for Garage Door Factory and Clint who fixed our garage. Our garage door spring snapped and needed a replacement asap. I called the company and Clint answered. He was extremely helpful and responsive. I thought he would come out and inspect the issue and have to return on another trip to fix the spring. I was definitely not expecting him to fix the garage on the first visit. Clint was ready to fix the garage as soon as he arrived and took less than an hour to fix it. I was really impressed with his professionalism and his customer service. I would highly recommend the company to anyone that has a garage door issue.

Yelp1This photo is actually for a driver complaint I emailed the company. He was extremely reckless and swerving and cutting everyone off. I emailed the company they did nothing. Sad they they took the pic and put it as their main page. At least they take pride in their crappy drivers. They are probably a fast service cause they don't care for traffic laws and speed and swerve to get to their destination on time

Yelp5Exceptional service! Thank you Joseph!!! One of my New Years resolutions was to clear out the garage, and today was the day. Half way through, I needed to go in the house and decided to close the garage door. Problem---forgot to close one of the cabinet doors that the garage door caught onto. Next thing I know my 2 car garage door was completely warped and off track! Luckily, I remembered last time "Garage Door Factory" came out, they placed a business sticker right on the motor. Joseph answered the phone and was over within an hour, on New Years Day! I thought I would need a new door. Within one hour, I couldn't believe my own eyes, as I watched Joseph transform my door back to new. It even sounded better than before. Not sure how he did it, but it looked like new! They have come through for me each time I've had an emergency situation. I would highly recommend them! Thanks again Joseph...Happy New Year

I've had a few issues with my garage door--due to its weight and age--and each time I've called the GDF folks (thanks Clint and Cole and Joseph!!) everything has been resolved promptly and professionally. Yelp5Excellent service. A couple of weeks ago, another garage repair company sent somebody to fix a disengaged roller and he just popped it back in without diagnosing the problem. So 2 weeks later it popped back out. This time, I called the Garage Door Factory. A technician named Clint arrived a few hours later and took the time to diagnose the problem and explain it to me. He fixed it and the bill was very reasonable. Professional,friendly, and courteous service. 5 stars.

Yelp5Had to call them for another broken spring emergency, this time at my Mother's house. Clint took my call in the morning and by the afternoon, Joseph had arrived to make the repairs. He was very thorough and also noticed a missing/broken wheel , which he took care of too. Great professional service. If you live anywhere on the Peninsula, this is the Company to call.

Every time I needed to talk to him he was always available and quickly addressed my questions. His prices are the best in the market. He actually saved us a bundle.
