Yelp5I put in a yelp request at 3:19PM for getting my garage door spring replaced since it broke this morning. I got a prompt response from this company and a couple of others. 2 of them came by and gave me quotes. These guys were very competitive and matched the lowest quote I got by phone. Aron was the technician that came and took care of the spring replacement. He walked me through the entire process patiently and was done in about 45 minutes. He made sure the garage door closed properly and the motor was working well with the new tension set to the new springs. Overall I would definitely recommend these guys for your garage work.

Yelp5We got a prompt response and they were able to come out and fix our garage door within a few hours. The technician was competent and did a great job. We had some communication issues initially but the owner reached out to rectify things on the same day which we very much appreciate. Overall a great experience!

Yelp5Had an issue with my garage door falling off track and not being able to go down all the way. I manually opened it during a power outage and did some damage. I tried to fix it with no avail. It was pretty late in the day so I was concerned. Called and got an estimation service time within a 2.5 hour period. Michael arrives within 30 minutes, assess the issue and then gave me a fair quote. During the assessment, he told me which parts were good and which were not. Explained everything in detail. Then he suggested what he would do. Took his advice and then job was completed in a short period of time! He also programmed my garage door keypad for me. Once done, he told me to never pull up the garage door up from one side. I never told him I did that! This guy knows what he is doing!! Highly recommend this business. Thanks Michael!

Yelp5Prompt response and available within hours of request. Garage Door Repair and Rescue came out and actually fixed the problem of my door not closing. It turned out to be a minor problem of the one of the sensors needing to be adjusted INWARD. I had tried adjusting the height, the angle but not adjusting it inward. That solved the problem which I had not been able to solve on my own for several months. He also programmed the keypad on the outside of my door which never worked for me before!. All within a couple minutes and without charge. So grateful to be able to use my keypad and close my garage door normally again. I highly recommend this company if you are a DIYer like me and sometimes just need a little expert help. Thanks again!

After a few minutes of assessing he went to work and less than 30 minutes later he was able to get the door working again, smoothed out some dents and saved us thousands of dollars on a more costly repair/replacement. Yelp5Reached out to Michael at Garage door repair and rescue about a problem with our garage door sensor as the light did not come on and the garage stopped responding. He was very prompt with his response time and we scheduled for the next morning ! When the time came, suddenly our sensor started working again which made us felt bad for Michael having to come out all the way here. Michael was very professional and offered to help us re wire the sensor for free. That just shows that he's a real businessman that respect his clients and the integrity his business paints. He offered us insight on better working opener options and and tips for our openers: we are grateful and would remember Michael when we have any issues with garages. Definitely would recommend him to all our friends and families !
