Yelp5My garage door is not working so I called this company that my friend referred to me to. He was getting stuck halfway when It was opening. All I have to do is make the appointment and the technician came to my door. Great customer service. Definitely keeping this company saved on my phone if I have any issues in my garage again.

Yelp5This garage door company is one-of-a-kind! My garage wire burnt out and I needed to get it replaced. I contacted this service and informed them of my issue. They were able to send a technician over to my house a couple hours after our phone call. The technician got right to work and was able to replace my wire in under an hour. Now my garage functions again! Thank you guys for your work!

Yelp5Super friendly folks here! They really know what they're doing and really focus on customer service which is unheard of when it comes to these types of businesses. Usually you get grumpy guys who hate their jobs or just wanna give you a hard time. But that certainly wasn't the card with Garage Door Services. We were having trouble with our door getting stuck when we try to close it and everyone we called to come out gave us no time of day and the most expensive estimates ever! My girlfriend recommended these guys and we are really glad we went with them! 5 stars for 5 star service! Thanks guys our garage door works great now!

Yelp1Garage Door Services of Menlo Park are completely unreliable. My door failed to open so I called them because they had a high rating on Yelp and were closest to my location. A young man came over and looked around my garage and diagnosed the problem as a worn gear in the drive motor. He didn't have the part with him and said he'd be back tomorrow and that he'd call with a time when he knew his schedule. Tomorrow came. No phone call. So I called them. No answer, message box full. I called several times, got hung up on. I will never ever deal with these people again! As it turned out their diagnosis was wrong anyways. If you want your door fixed properly, go to MC Garage Door.

Yelp5They came to fix a garage door for one of my family members in the area! The person that came was very professional and quick. I was so impressed by their service, I had to write a review. I have been telling my friends in the area about how great the service was. Will keep referring them!
