Yelp5Called them on Saturday evening, and they sent someone around on Sunday morning. Mike was excellent; friendly, courteous and took time to explain my options. He even had to drive back to base to pick up an additional part. He cleaned up, took away the old mechanism and stayed until the job was done and made sure everything was working well.

Yelp5Great service - was able to schedule a tech next-day for my broken garage door. The tech who came out was friendly and thorough. We have a very small garage, with an old track. The track gears had worn down -- and full opener replacement wasn't an option due to our garage size (only this old model fits). The tech was able to swap out the necessary part to keep our old track kicking, at least for a little while longer! Phew. Thanks so much for the service, especially during COVID. Tech was masked up & distant, I felt very safe.

Yelp5We had to change the overhead garage door mechanism as it was due for a long time. After replacement, it didn't function satisfactorily but they revisited and fixed it. This issue was mainly due to our initial installation. We had no issues for the last 6 months. Highly recommend!

Yelp1Just a total rip off. They lie, take your money, and promise refunds that never come. I had a broken cable on my relatively old garage. The guy came over to fix it pretty quick. Spent two hours, blamed some part that he could not totally fix, and said I would need to replace it myself. Charged me $200 for the "service call." and insisted I pay with a check instead of a credit card. The fix lasted 12 hours. It literally broke the next morning when I tried to use the garage the next day. I called them back, and the owner promised they would not cash the check. Three weeks later, check hits bank account. After repeated calls, he promised to send me a refund. Two weeks of waiting later, never get anything. They keep promising things on the phone and texts. Apparently it will now come by ACH. Do not use these people. Do not trust them. They will rip you off and run away with the "service call" fee.

Yelp3The service is very prompt and speedy. However, I feel the service, installation, and product were overpriced at $742. I feel that I may have been taken advantage of. I wish I had called another vendor before having Greenline come to my house to replace the garage opener for the house I'm renting. I'm finding much cheaper prices for garage openers.

Yelp5I wanted to give a shout out to Eddie from Green Line. We had him out in September to repair the cables on our garage door. He was fast, professional, and affordable. When the same problem happened again in February, he came out again at no charge. He also advised us on how to stop the squeak and keep the problem from happening again. Would highly recommend Green Line.
