Angi5I was in a bit of a tizzy because the car was stuck in the garage. I called Halcyon and talked to Beth. She was very calming and understanding of my need to at the very least liberate my car, since I had appointments the next morning. She was able to give me a window of time to expect one of two technicians (depending on who was available first). I got Dennis. He got the door unjammed and worked with it to see that the the limit switch and electronics seemed to be functioning properly. He did general service on the door as well. There wasn't an apparent cause for the door to have run past the limit and it performed correctly when tested multiple times, so we decided to treat it as a fluke, but if it happened again, it might mean I need to replace my aged opener. I was very pleased with my interactions with both Beth and Dennis. Services Rendered: My garage door had run past the limit toggle when it closed and was stuck. I couldn't get it back to the proper position with gentle persuasion. I needed someone who knew what they were doing.

Angi5PERFECT! Anthony came, assed the situation with half of the recommendations other had provided. On time, focused, extremely pleasant to work with. Cost was less than half of what others quoted. He is excellent. I would hire again in a minute! Services Rendered: Install garage opener, bend in rails, put roller back in rail, bumped out garage door to make flat again and oiled all the springs etc.

Angi5They did a great job ! I've used Halcyon in the past for repairs and parts but this was the first new installation. They continue to excel and exceed my expectations. They responded quickly, and were able to show up the same day and get the job completed in about 90 minutes. The area was cleaned after the work performed and Anthony took some time to explain the new keypad, remotes and programming functions of the optional app in case I decided to download and use it. He really took his time and and did a great job. I will use them again and I highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Replaced Garage door opener, keypad and remotes
