Google5[9/24/2025] 1 year update - My garage opener had been giving me an "excessive opening force" error sporadically over the last week or so. I called IGD on 9/23 and Dean picked up the phone. He listened to my situation and came out the next day on 9/24 to take a look! He noticed a few issues immediately and adjusted them all in about 10 minutes. They were the result of my wooden garage door being so heavy and things shifting a bit over time. To be clear, none of the issues were the result of workmanship from the services provided a year ago. Dean was professional and had an amazing positive attitude. For this service call, he did not charge me and honored the 1 year warranty on parts and labor. He truly lives by his company's namesake and is a reputable business owner. Thanks Dean! [9/24/2024] One of my garage springs broke so I needed help, fast. Phone rep got me an appointment first thing next morning. Gary came to the rescue with a positive and professional attitude. He replaced all 4 springs and a new torsion bar. He sent a recording of the repaired garage opening and closing to his boss and got a quick call back. His boss had the experience and eyes to see that my rail was wobbling under the weight of my garage door and strongly advised that it be upgraded. I appreciate their teamwork and his boss' experience to ensure my family got the best and safest option. Fast forward, I have new springs, torsion bar, rail, and a heavy duty chain motor. It might sound like multiple upsells but all our interactions were professional and with zero pressure. I would rather trust these experienced craftsmen with a high quality comprehensive solution than have to address issues as they come up over time. All of this work was completed in one full day. Google5Dean was on time. Quickly figured out the issue and explained the problem. Gave us a quote and he fixed the broken springs in an hour. He was effective and efficient. Very professional and would definitely call him for his service in future if we need any garage door service.

Google5I called Integrity as our garage door opener was struggling to open and close our garage. Gary arrived the same afternoon and quickly assessed that we needed new springs as well as a new opener. I assumed he would have to return the next day to complete the work but he said he could complete the work that day. About three hours later, we had new springs, a properly balanced garage door and a new opener. My wife and I were very pleased and impressed with Gary’s quick and professional work. Gary explained the new opener and remotes and then stayed longer to help us re- program the door opener buttons on our cars. We would recommend Integrity and Gary !!

Google5Our garage door has been finicky for a minute, stopping mid-closing and reopening. The office was responsive and making an appointment was easy. Gary arrived on time and quickly figured what were the probable causes and made the adjustments. Gary was professional and friendly, explaining what he was doing and gladly answering my questions as well. Garage door is now fixed and overall a pleasant experience!

Google5Fantastic service from Gary. If anyone would be so honest and kind like Gary, the world would be a better place. Gary assessed the error code 4 1 "excessive force" from my Liftmaster and showed me how the springs functionality was diminished. The door was falling and not going down steadily. What a game changer when the springs were replaced. The job was completed fast and efficient. Thank you Gary for your work and for explaining to me everything you did.

Google5I’m extremely pleased with the service on my garage door. Gary, the technician, notified me of his pending arrival. He was on time and very friendly. He evaluated the current operational status and told me his recommendation, what the maintenance/repair work entails, and the estimated cost. He was efficient and completed the work in a timely. I appreciate his future recommendations for the garage door motor replacement based on its age. I will continue using this business for the maintenance to or a replacement of our garage door.

Yelp1Poor communication and quality of installation. Service requested denied and subsequently garage door broke. I had to hire a new installer to fix and when I asked for Integrity to help, they said I should have called for warranty. Buyer beware.

Yelp4Wish there was better communication between the technicians and customers and the office and the techs. Was basically quoted one price and was sold an upgrade which we agreed to but the bill was several hundred dollars more than what was originally discussed. Called Gloria and spoke to her about it, and was basically told that's how they do business and yes, the technician should have called you to verify the final cost with me .... sorry. This isn't the first time I have worked with them and I had a garage door installed by them two years ago. Just learn from this situation and always ask for a final price before they start working so there's no surprises. Did you great work but need to work on the communication part.

Yelp5Saturday night our old garage door broke down. Called Integrity Garage on Sunday to make an appointment for Monday. Made an appointment for Monday between noon and 2:00 pm. But luckily Dean from Integrity Garage called and thus my appointment was moved to 10:00 am. Dean was very thorough and explained the possible issues with costs. Our old garage door was fixed and the price was reasonable with 30 days warranty. Thanks so much!

Yelp1I had my gate repaired a couple of months ago by Dean from the company. It stopped working again about a week ago. I called, was told it would be under warranty if it was the same issue, but it probably was not (without anyone seeing it) and in that case the minimum charge would be $445... That essentially makes the warranty completely worthless - no risk-free way to get the gate checked for work they did. A horrible experience and a reflection of out of control pricing in the Bay Area. When we go into a recession - and we will - companies that conduct themselves in this fashion will find they need to adopt fair practices or go out of business.

Yelp1They came to fix our gate and charged us $750 for welding. There is a huge gap in the gate after they left. I called and told them the job isn't done properly. Alex (the person on the phone) was extremely rude and wants to charge us again for the technician coming back and fixing the issue they caused. This is horrible customer service. The technician said he will provide warranty for 1 year from the time job was done. Less than a week later they want to charge again! stay away, I will be calling my bank to dispute this charge.

Yelp5Our electric gate suddenly stopped working. All the power indicator lights were off but the breaker seemed to be fine. Looked through Yelp and selected Integrity. Best decision I've made all month. The technician called to say he was running ahead of schedule which worked out great for me. He was able to diagnose the problem and get the gate working again in a short amount of time. He also provided maintenance and product advice to keep the unit running well. I couldn't be happier.

Yelp5I would highly recommend Integrity Doors to anyone. My garage door broke down and I called them. They were able to send someone 1st thing the next morning. The guy that gave me a quote was honest and gave me a few options to choose from : a cheaper one and a higher end one. that same day, the receptionist gave me an install date and answered all my questions in regards to my different options and warranty. she was very professional as well. All in all, my experience was a 10 and would recommend to anyone!

Angi5The springs on my garage door broke Friday evening and I requested quotes on Yelp. Dean was the only company who could replace the springs on Saturday. Dean called me at 1:24PM and told me he can be at my house between 4PM and 6PM. Dean arrived a little after 5:00PM and replaced the springs by 5:40PM. He even checked the hardware on the garage door, lubricated the rollers, and adjusted the motor of the garage door opener. Dean was very courteous & professional and took the time to answer all the questions we had about the garage door and its maintenance. Angi5I found out that I needed a new garage door opener, which was causing the garage to lock up. The owner replaced the garage opener that same day, and it went smoothly, he accepts card too which was amazing because I don't usually have cash or checks lying around! He offered me to call anytime anything else pops up, and if I were to have any problems with the opener he would come back and take a look. Services Rendered: I got locked outside of my garage a few days ago, and had no idea what to do, the garage wouldn't budge, so I went to yelp and found the closest garage door company, Integrity garage came up with a few others but after calling each one, I decided to go with Integrity, since the price although was pretty comparable to the other companies, The owner was very responsive and got back to my yelp question right away!
