A+ quick, friendly, and efficient communication from Gloria over phone/text to quote and coordinate our job, prices were on point with other quotes we got (lots of companies never even got back to us). Dean, the owner, on the day of also was on time, communicated his ETA, super friendly, efficient, proficient and knowledgeable. Installed a new garage door button, oiled up the door without me asking (sounds and runs so much smoother now), and gave me some great tips for how to use our setup even better. I'd recommend these folks to anyone. Feels good to support a small business like this!

Yelp1I am sorry to have to write this but please know there is a minimum of $395 for them to come look at your garage door. Not the $65 diagnostic price I was quoted. We had a power outage and I tried to manually open the garage. I was not strong enough to lift and and I thought the manual release did not disengage. John came and lifted the door. It took less than one minute and the minimum fee was $395. I don't know why they quote $65 for them to diagnose the problem as I never received a diagnosis. Had I been told that was all that was needed to fix the garage door, I would have gladly paid the $65 and had my husband help me lift it. I will not be using this company to replace our garage door. Just wanted to give you a heads up so you know the pricing. I called the business owner and they said anything the do to the garage cost a minimum of $395.

Yelp5Double steel garage door got bashed into twice in 51 days. I called integrity this morning at 6:00 AM and by 4:00 PM they were here installing. Thank you! Same the first time. Luckily my door was in stock. They set a date and delivered service. Hopefully this doesn't happen again but if it does I know who to call!

Yelp5Quite impressed. Arrived the next day 10am. Dean gave me a tutorial on my equipment (FAAC in-ground units, a bit non-standard). Really great person. Reasonably-priced too (esp for such rapid service).

Yelp3Integrity was quick to respond and was available within a few hours to come check out an issue with my garage door opener not closing all the way the day after New Year's Day when other garage door pros were not available. The person was professional,but was a bit pushy in trying to get me to replace my door opener even though it was replaced 2 years ago. They then determined that the issue was caused by the railing (installed with the door opener) and the cables which started to frail (legit) they then made some adjustments to the springs and the tension on the door opener and completed the task within 20 minutes and charged $295 for the service and told me that even though they were able to get the door to close now they can't guarantee that it would not happen again and I would have to spend $1000 to replace the railing and cables. The next day the issue came back, so I called other garage pros for a second opinion and a quote to replace the railing and cables. To my surprise the quote for the 2 replacements were half the price. The other pro came out and informed me that the tension on the garage door was set improperly which caused the railing to bow and the railing is already in great condition so it was unnecessary to replace. They also mentioned that the root cause of the issue was that the garage door is wood and absorbed a lot of water causing it to be heavier and put some addition stress on the opener. He replaced the cables for me and made some additional adjustments and was able to fix the issue to the point where the problem didn't come back. He mentioned that to fix the issue completely I'd need to replace the door to a different material that wouldn't absorb water. I'm not sure if I just got unlucky with a tech that's not as experienced since other reviews seem to indicate that they are very good, but I felt that integrity garage didn't really fix my issue, made a quick buck from me and was going to make me spend unnecessary money to fix a problem that wasn't there.

Yelp5Showed up in less than one hour. Fixed door in about 5 mins. Service tech spent plenty of time explaining the problem and repair process, and provided additional options for improvement. $$$, but the job got done and done well. Can recommend.

Yelp5Their technician, Mavaega Maga (Mana) was great. He was a few minutes early, and diagnosed the problem quickly and thoroughly. Our ancient door motor needed replacing, and the whole system needed tightening and lubricating. Mana was knowledgeable, organized, and a pleasure to interact with all the way through the process. From the initial call to our smoothly working door, the experience was excellent - Integrity is strongly recommended for garage door service and repair!

Yelp5My garage door opener was broken and I called integrity garage doors for a price quote. I'm happy with them from A to Z, from the lady who answered the phone to Dean came to the house finished the project. They charge reasonable rate and Dean was able to replace a new unit within the same day. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about garage doors. I highly recommend this business !

Yelp5Their Name "Integrity" reflects their business value. Thomas came out and did the inspection and told us honestly that the door need replacement. He said he could do the repair which benefits him but not us. He wants us to do the right thing. We really appreciate his honesty. Thank You Thomas.
