Yelp5I called Local Garage when the spring on my garage door broke. The technician Armando arrived within an hour, opened the garage and examined the spsring. The correct replacement spring was on back order so he figured out a temporary solution which worked fine. A week later when the correct spring was back in stock, Armando came back and replaced the temporary with the correct spring. He also lubed the door and tightened nuts. Yelp5Our garage door has been having issue on and off for quite some time. It has push down detection from time to time. Find several Garage door companies to estimate the efforts to fix the issue we have. Daniel is the only one quickly identifying the actual current issue and fixed on the spot with reasonable fees. Compared to other vendors just suggest costing replacement option without actual root causing the issue. That is the difference level of technical root cause analysis work.

Yelp5Dan is a liftmaster expert and provided consultation for me over video chat to help me fix the problem for free, saving me hundreds of dollars and hours of trouble! My 5 year old Liftmaster garage door opener cannot close any more due to 4-6 error code, which means the sensor was obstructed. The sensors seemed to be working fine with one of them having solid orange light and the receiver solid green. Another contractor came by and told me I needed to replace the whole unit and will charge me $999 for that. I consulted with Dan and he assured me the unit should be fine and doesn't need replacement. It should be a sensor issue. He got onto video chat with me and noticed that the receiver had very subtle flickering and asked me to further adjust the sensor. After some minor adjustment the green light became more stable and the issue got fixed! He saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of time and didn't charge me anything! Thanks a lot Dan!
