Google5Our lock was hard to push down, but Ryan fixed it very quickly — in less than 10 minutes — by making an adjustment and replacing a small part. He was very friendly and professional. We’re very happy with the result and would definitely recommend him!

Google5This is the best service I found for my issue in Palo Alto. Very knowledgeable technician who truly believes in excellence in all regards. He was not only very service oriented, he went out of his way to help me install a Yale lock when another local company broke my expensive Schlage digital lock that only needed adjustment. He tried to fix the broken lock and offered to install my replacement for no charge. I highly recommend this locksmith company. You will be glad you did.

I had a very old lock but somehow found a way to make it work. Ryan was very helpful and accommodating my work hours. Google5Peaks did a great job. I installed a new door with a Tru Lock system that was complicated. Ryan researched the parts needed, ordered them for me and did a great job installing the smart lock. A few other locksmitha declined the job given the complexity.

Angi5I called to have someone come out and look at why our garage door was no longer opening. The man who came fiddled with it for a bit checking different possibilities, and finally got it working by just disconnecting and reconnecting it. (My husband said he had tried this.) The serviceman did not believe that the opener would continue to work, so he said that wouldn't charge me for the visit yet and if the opener was still working in a week, he would send me a bill for the visit. Well, of course he was right, and a couple days later, the automatic opener stopped working again, so we called and had them come back out and replace it. The serviceman who came out the second time was very friendly and professional, and when he was done walked me through the features of the new opener. The installation took about an hour. My only point of feedback is that (at this time) they only install one kind of automatic garage door opener (Genie CM8600), so there's no choice for the buyer. I'm happy with the one they provided, and from reviews online it looks like this is a good model, but it would be nice to have a choice of brands/models. Services Rendered: Our garage door was not opening, and we learned that we needed a new automatic opener since ours was an old Sears brand (30 years old?) and parts can no longer be obtained to fix it. So, a new automatic opener was installed.

Angi5Mountain View Door's technician came the same day and fixed the door perfectly in less than 30 minutes. The technician was very professional; courteous and left the place clean. The total cost of $ 80.00 was a pleasant surprise. Services Rendered: My electrically operated garage door jammed because I accidentally bumped the car against it as I was driving the car out while the door was only halfway open. Door had to be re-aligned and the screw drive adjusted.

Angi5The quality of their work was good. They were responsive and punctual. More importantly they stand behind their work. I will use them again in the future. Services Rendered: I used Mountain View Door Closer Key & Lock. One of the sections came out and the garage doors went down and kind of mangled up the rail. I figured that I would need new rails but they came out and straightened the rails and got it working again. Everything was fine for a few months but then I started having problems. First, the garage door would go down, stop for a second and then start to raise again. But it was sporadic. It would work for a week or two, then would start acting up for a similar period. Then one day I noticed the door didn't seem to be sitting level on the ground when down. Finally, one day I noticed that the rail had loosened and was moving a lot while the door was raised/lowered. I called Mountain View Door Close Key & Lock and set up an appointment to have them come back and look at it. They came out, inspected the problem, re-leveled the door, tightened the rail (and all the bolts), adjusted the sensor light (the root of the problem) and got it working again. This was 6 months after the initial work. I was pleasantly surprised that this was all down for no charge. To me the fact that they stood behind their work in that manner is the highest recommendation that I can give to a company.

Angi5Great. I had a few other estimates for the job, and they were the nicest, the least expensive and very professional. I had a few if, ands or buts to deal with as I wanted to coordinate the garage door work with getting the outside of my house pained. So, after I ordered the panel from them I had to make a few calls to the office to see if changes could be made, and the workman and the office staff were completely cooperative, effective and efficient. Then when the work began on the repair, they showed up exactly on time, did the work in an hour, did some adjustments to the door I hadn't even requested. cleaned up the floor and were very nice to deal with. Great people, great work. Services Rendered: The bottom panel of my wood garage door had rotted out, so I needed just that panel to be replaced.
