Yelp5Please call this guy for a quote while searching. Should always be included as a potential for the job. Read on, please. I called Don and discussed my situation and he knew all my options, and answers straight away. Knew my garage door by my verbal description, then a pic to get specific. Don was courteous, expeditious while going out of his way to help. Explained the issue with context of my particular situation+model. Explained the costs outright, transparent about his labor charge and that I would be better off trying his suggestions which would cost me -- get this ~$20. Said this way we can work upwards from there. Then, only if needed, spend $$$. Said he didn't want to come see me, that it's not worth it at this point for this issue. Long story short, Don spent an abnormal amount of time via texts and calls. This is should not be expected. Him working while holding a conversation, making a call on my behalf to gain more knowledge before he provided the options is a testament to his dedication to providing a service. His knowledge is extensive to say the least, 30 years in the business gives one a certain perspective. Thanks again Don. I won't call another repairman before you.

Yelp5Don Foley, the owner, is always on time, professional, honest and great to work with. Today, he was able to fit me in with my broken spring. Done in 40 minutes, excellent work and a fair price. This was my 2nd experience with him. Last time he came by to fix a broken cable. Both he and his son Justin are great guys. I would highly recommend them for any garage door work and I will call them again when needed.

Yelp5We needed a new garage door opener installed, our was beginning to fail after so many years and it was becoming a big issue (always was very noisy). I contacted Don about a replacement. He installed a LiftMaster cable opener (very quiet!) and it has a camera so I can check outside when the garage door is open. I love this feature. He also noticed a couple of rollers were cracked and replaced them as well. I would not have even noticed that. Don and his assistant were on time, very professional, completed the job and clean up. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door related work done! And he is a local Milpitas business owner, even better.

Yelp5I really like my new garage door installed by One Way Garage Door Company. It was installed by the owner (Don) and his assistant Justin. The windows add a whole lot of light and the whole assembly is much quieter than my old unit. Also, I appreciated the recommendation for the door selection since the one I originally wanted would not have provided the proper aesthetic for the home. This feedback was not mentioned by any of the other vendors that provided quotes. Thanks guys! Keep

Yelp5Don was fabulous! I know nothing about garage doors. I was freaking out because the garage door wouldn't shut all the way. Not knowing what to do I called the number that was left inside my garage with Don's company number. Called and he picked up. I was ready to have a tech come by but unfortunately Don books a day in advance. I was bummed. Thankfully, I was able to text him over some photos of the issue. He was able to guide me by telling me to pull the latch (yes, I know, something so simple) and voila my garage door is fine now. Don said that if he had sent out a tech to fix this very simple issue I would've been kicking myself. Don saved me money and time, for that I'm grateful.
