Google5Ace was recommended by Fidelity Home Warranty. It was easy to make appointments at a convenient time. The first tech diagnosed the problem as a circuit board, and he had to order one. A couple of weeks later a second tech came, replaced the circuit board and programmed our remotes. In working with the door, he noted that the springs were inadequate, the cables and rollers were worn after 20 years, and the actual opener is no longer under code, because it does not have a battery backup. We need to replace the the springs and rebuild the opening mechanism. Very observant. I am waiting for a bid, and I will compare it with other providers. Meanwhile, the door works.

Google5Quickly came after being contacted and was very efficient in diagnosing the broken spring and bearings. Malik got everything done in 40 minutes like he said and was very professional and friendly. Overall great experience and I’d trust them again with any issue.

Google5Malik was the best! We went from a loud, old door with rusting components to a quiet, beautiful new system with all sorts of bells and whistles. Couldn’t be happier. Malik was an excellent communicator and just one of the nicest people you could meet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Google5Mike from Ace's Garage Door Repair & Installation was absolutely phenomenal. He was timely, efficient, and very cordial. He made sure to explain everything that he was doing, and even called my Home Warranty on my behalf to negotiate fixing the issue. Google5I called another company first...and got a very salesy and inflated quote. I then talked to Malik described the job and he gave a me an honest quote with a breakdown for parts and labor. He arrived within 2 hours as promised, and even tho the job was more involved than i was able to describe on the phone he honoured his estimate and completed the job in 1.5 hours. It is nice to see craftmanship and integrity in the same package. I highly recommend Malik and Ace's for emergency service.

Google5The Ace repair man was awesome. First of all he was very knowledgeable about the workings of the garage door. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the mechanism and operation of the garage door. He explained what he did to repair the garage door in great detail. He also contacted us the next day to find if the garage door was still working properly. Please let him know that we appreciate his awesome customer service.

Google5I had an excellent experience with Malik, who came to install my garage door. He showed up early, was very polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He worked quickly but was also very thorough, making sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and I honestly think he’s one of the best the company could have sent. Highly recommend Malik if you want professional, reliable service!

Google5Nathan is a great representative for Ace's Garage door. He showed up on time. He was very helpful and he explained everything. I was a little surprised by the cost of the replacement spring but it is thru a home warranty program which is always a crapshoot.

Yelp5My garage door would not close with remote. Weird thing was that this kept happening on-and-off at random times. Another company took a look but could not diagnose the issue properly and told me to replace the entire system for approximately $700. Luckily, my warranty sent Saed to take a look. Even though, the garage was working fine that day, he believed me when I told him that I do experience problem randomly. He patiently took a look and found out that the wiring in the central unit was loose and that is why the problem appeared randomly. Thanks a lot for fixing this hard to diagnose problem.

Yelp1I called. Saed answered. I explained to him that the garage door spring broke and needed to be replaced. He said he will come the next day to take a look. And he came, took a look, pronounced that the garage door springs, both, must be replaced. I said OK. Then he said he does not have the parts and must come back when the parts become available. For this diagnosis trip, however, he must collect $75, on the spot. I was miffed. But that's the contract with the home warranty. So I paid. 3 weeks later, there was not a word from Saed. I texted him multiple times. He occasionally, and hours later if so, will reply saying the parts are not available. He offered no schedule what-so-ever. I called another garage door repair services, they came with the springs, replaced it, and was gone in less than an hour. My guess was Saed was overwhelmed with so many satisfied customers that he decided to sacrifice this one. I hope that you don't end up with an experience like me.

Yelp5My garage door torsion spring broke and could not open the garage door. So I called Ontime Garage Door Service. They called back on the same day and provided a reasonable quote. Saed came by the next day and spent about 1 hour to replace and fix the issue. Afterward, he checked and tested the garage door before he left. Thanks Saed.

Yelp5My garage door wires broke on Saturday (turns out the barring broke), I reached out to few vendors and OnTime replied with an estimate quote for same day service (few others vendors have spots for next week or Sunday). The tech arrived within a hour and he communicated throughout drive, telling me how far he is away. When he arrived, he inspected the garage door and turns out the barring is broken and needed replacement (another vendor said the same thing). It took him about 30 mins to replaced everything and not only my door works, but it sounded alot better than before. They also have a warranty for 3 years (without Labor) Overall, great service and got everything fixed before my family comes back (they might've to park outside if the door wasn't fixed in time, that saved few trips in the pouring rain) I now have their card taped to the garage door opener in case of future emergency.

Yelp5My garage door broke the day after Thanksgiving and most people were on vacation but Ontime is the only one who agreed to come and help me. Alex came promptly at the agreed upon time. He found issues with cables and bearing, which he replaced in good time with excellent service. I am very happy with the work he did.

Yelp5One of my garage door tension spring broke. Saed at Ontime Garage Door Service responded pretty quickly, offered to fix it next morning. Technician(Alex) showed up on time and got the garage door fixed. Not only did he replaced the springs, he suggested replacing the bearings & drums that's getting worn out. He replaced also my logic board on the motor which solved the issue of stopping when opening the garage door. Great job Alex!

Yelp5Saed came over promptly and did an amazing job! He even installed brackets that we needed to open the door that was missing one and to secure the mechanism itself. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and great overall. He kept to his quote and was very reasonable. He even offered to help in finding a new garage door (my request, not his, for one with windows), when we're ready, that would comply with my HOA, but would cost less! Highly recommend!!!
