Google5Our garage door opener wasn't working. I called Overhead and they arrived promptly when they said, tried to get the existing opener to work, but determined it must be the circuit board. He said we could get a new circuit board but it would take a week or he had a new opener in the Truck which I thought was a reasonable price at around $1000. Since ours was so old I opted for the new one. He was quick, pleasant and even adjusted our other garage door that was having issues. I was completely happy with the service.

Google1Absolutely unacceptable and highly unprofessional conduct. Two individuals who appeared intoxicated were sent to perform work on our complex door. Early in the morning, they blocked the entire garage driveway with a ladder, preventing residents from leaving for work. When I raised a concern, they responded by yelling, using profanity, and speaking in an abusive manner. This behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, and unacceptable in a residential environment. If these individuals return to the property, I will contact the police immediately. I strongly advise against using this service.

Google5Dan did a pretty good job installing my new garage door opener . He was even very meticulous routing the opener sensors and pad wiring across the garage. He is an skilled technician.

Google5Scheduling was very easy with the company. They quoted an arrival time between 8-9am. They showed up at 805am. Once they arrived they went straight to work. Afterwards, they cleaned up and explained all ten gadgets on our new garage door opener. We were very happy with their service and professionalism. Thank you!

Google1My recent garage door installation, arranged through Home Depot, was a complete failure. The contractor you sent was unprofessional and unprepared. First, the installer admitted he didn't have all the tools for the job. He performed a shoddy installation and blamed it on my door frame being "imbalanced." To fix the problem he created, his company tried to charge me an outrageous $165 per hour. He then tricked me to sign a paper work admitting the door was imbalanced. To make matters worse, your customer service department lied to me, claiming I agreed to the installation after being warned of the issue. That never happened. This feels like a deceptive business model designed to upsell Home Depot customers with surprise fees. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Google5My entire experience is 5 plus Stars, from my initial Home Depot door opener purchase linked to your amazing The Overhead Door Company store and service this one stop shopping service is encredible. Lavina was amazing setting up my installing appointment and her many follow up texts and phone calls kept me updated throughout the pending day and time of the installation day and time. My two hour window was Monday October 6th 12pm-2pm, Installer arrived 11:45am and I was so happy and impressed with his early arrival and amazing perfect installation and showing me how to operate my new garage door opener.Only took about 90 minutes. I will always highly recommend your amazing company to all my family and friends and colleagues. Thank you and Home Depot for your 5 Plus Stars service. Have a great Blessed day always. Google5My garage door wasn't closing and I had to get to work. I called The Overhead Door Company and a lady named Ruth calmly walked me through a protocol to check out the door. I was pretty anxious and she was very calm, so it allowed me to focus on the issue and notice what was causing the problem. She was very sweet about the whole overly anxious customer she had to deal with.

Google5The company sent a team of 2 technicians to replace my old garage door opener. I watched them through the whole process. Everything they did look very professional. They adjusted the tension in my springs, showed me the proper way to maintain the garage door opener and other hardware, stripped off the old wires and installed new ones. The job was completed in a little over one hour. I was 100% satisfied with experience!
