Google5Accidentally our ski on car roof pulled the manual trigger and dragged the door down. Rails, bottom of door was damaged. I didn't realize how it happened and thought the motor or RC went wrong. Palms garage doors technician responded quickly and arrived on time. He immediately diagnosed why the door went down and provided precise fix. The garage door was lubricated and running smoothly as if it's day1. The technician also shared important safety instruction and future maintenance plan. His work is professional and he's very polite. The visit saved us from this accident during a super busy Friday. I will be glad to work with them in a long term.

Google5Fast service and friendly communication. The technician arrived pretty fast and was able to replace garage door springs in about 40 minutes. The price was fair and overall it was a very positive experience

Google5I called to have my 2 coils replaced.. Daniel and leo not only came the same day but also promised me that they would install the new coils within 30mins. They Cleaned off the two coils, sprayed them down, and dusted off the garage door unit including a three-year warranty.. Truly world class service and efficiency. Pricing is reasonable too, highly recommend them.
