Google1John Chow, owner of Perpetual Garage Doors in San Francisco, is a liar and a cheat. When I hired him in the fall of 2017, I explained to him that I’m disabled and at the time was waiting for a 2 organ transplant. Chow took advantage of my condition by taking my money and promising me a garage door that he never delivered. After he ordered the wrong parts, twice, it took him four months from the time I paid him 50% to get around to installing a sub-standard quality garage door that was missing the windows for which I had paid. Chow repeatedly promised to rectify the situation, but instead he disappeared without completing the job or returning my money. I have the receipts & transcript of our text exchanges for anyone who doubts any of my statements. As of a month ago, just a year after the sloppy installation, the door came off its tracks and required repair because John Chow had not properly reinforced either of the railings. John Chow is a crook, cheat, and liar, and he owes me a refund for the scam he pulled on me.
