Yelp5Called PG Garage Door today for a repair, thought my garage motor was broken after hearing a pop. And wasn't able to open after. Pablo was at a job and said he'll come by after to take a look. He gave a courtesy call, 30min ahead of time so I can make myself available. Right away, he pointed out my spring was broken. And the previous garage door company installed a wrong spring. That's why my spring broke so fast. I was shock, those spring was only 1.5yrs old. His price is pretty competitive and he was so knowledgeable! And 15-20 min later he was done and even took the time to demonstrate how a door looks when it's nicely balance. My door feels so nice and smooth after Pablo helped me lube and tightly up my door. I'll definitely call Pablo back @ PG Garage Door!!! Such an awesome guy to talk too! Thank you Pablo!!! Good Luck buddy!

Pablo was fast to respond and came out the same day to take measurements and show us all the options and price points for a new door. Pablo was able to get us multiple quotes from different vendors to ensure we selected the best one to cover our needs. He was able to order pick up and install our new door in no time. We're extremely satisfied with the outcome, Pablo's customer service was amazing! He made sure to keep us posted every step of the way! Highly recommended.

Yelp5Pablo came to repair our non-functional garage door the same day that we called. In fact, he called to let us know he would be coming early which was great. Because our door is so heavy it required a stronger opener which he ordered for us. In the meanwhile Pablo adjusted the springs so that we could manually open and close the door until the new motor could be installed. The next morning he arrived early again and replaced the opener with a new, better opener that included a battery backup so that it is operational during a power outage. He synced the new opener with all of the wireless devices that were linked to the old one as well as providing us with a new remote. Pablo was knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and helpful. I plan to use him for any regular maintenance the door needs and also would call again if we have future problems. From non-working garage door to fully operational in less than 24 hours. Awesome service.

Yelp5This is a small business with a very personalized touch. Pablo was so professional and was able to provide the best price. He was on time and even texted when he was on his way. He replaced the springs on my garage door and gave me a few tips to lengthen the life of the new springs. He also replaced the rollers of the garage door as they were already worn down.

Yelp5First! Pablo did a great job with our opener replacement. He was upfront about the price, and it was reasonable. The quality of work was professional, and you can tell he's been doing this for a while. He replaced our garage door opener, the sensors, the buttons, the keypad, and programmed everything. It only took him a little less than an hour to finish everything. Pablo also worked around our schedule and came by at 5pm the very same day I reached out to him. We shouldn't have waited so long to upgrade our opener.

Yelp5My garage door spring broke this morning and I used yelp to get quotes from a number of service guys . Pablo was the first to reply and his quote was one of the lowest . I made the appointment and Pablo called to give me a heads up that he was on his way ( as promised ). Within a hour he had my garage door springs replaced and also changed my garage door rollers ( as recommended ) . Pablo was awesome !!! He explained everything and was very easy to talk to . I would not hesitate to call PG Garage Door Repair and Installation for my future garage door needs .
