Google5I have been needing a new garage key pad and when I saw the Precision Garage truck working on my neighbor's garage door, I went and asked the repair technician (Paul) if he could help me with a new key pad when he finished my neighbor's repairs. He took time out to make sure he had the correct part, gave me a quote and said he would come by in about an hour when he finished at my neighbor's house. Sure enough, an hour later he came and installed the new key pad. Super nice guy without trying to upsell me and who knew how to do his job without wasting my time! A breath of fresh air, especially compared to the last garage door company I used. Will use again for my next repair!

Google520 OUT OF 10. I had the best techs. Philiph & Nate arrived on time, they were honest, patient & provided the BEST SERVICE EVER 👌🏾 I highly recommend this company for all your garage needs. From calling their customer service dept on a Friday night to having 2 great techs first thing the following a m. was more than what I expected. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I can't day enough great things about Philiph & Nate. Oh, I even asked them if they were okay with removing their shoes before entering the home & without hesitation they did. Great, well mannered young men & a great representation of this wonderful company.

Google5My kids had ran into my garage door a couple of times and it was in need of some service, in addition to having a broken spring. I made an appointment with A couple of different companies and ultimately chose Precision garage doors,. I have to say I selected Precision because they deploy quality parts and service. When Rodney called-he let me know he was about 15 minutes away and let me know professionally . The professional arrived at my house on time in the truck in uniform and he gave me an estimate that included an invoice for how much I would pay. I quickly decided that I would take advantage of the fact that he was ready to do the work right then and there. I also was happy to see that when he did the repairs, He went over everything and showed me things that I didn’t know were wrong with my garage and gave me several different scenarios for how I could repair and or replace and the quality of his replacement parts were really really good because I had done my homework. I’ll just say, I was very impressed and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors service in the future. Darryl Walker

Google5Great experience with Soukie Sing at Precision Garage Door. My garage door spring and cables snapped on a Sunday trapping my car in the garage. Precision Garage Door made it very simple with on-line scheduling. I was notified when Soukie was on his way, could follow his location and know when he'd be at my house. After evaluating the garage door he offered me three different repair options. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Once the decision was made he was efficient with repair time and a great communicator. Very happy with my experience.

Google5Garage door spring broke on a Sunday and they were able to fix it that day. David the technician who helped me was friendly and explained everything well. They recommended replacing some other parts that were old and worn out. It seemed like a reasonable and legitimate recommendation based on the door being old and likely not maintained by the previous owned unless something broke. Prices weren't cheap so I probably should have gotten quotes for the other services recommended besides the clearly broken spring, but that's on me.

Google5My first time using precision garage door services because of good reviews. Appointment made the next day and the technician Jose arrived exactly the time within. Jose is very professional and efficient. He is obviously experienced and knows what he's doing! Jose fixed the issues, walked me through the issues and how he would correct them, and did what he promised. Very pleased of his work and is highly recommended precision. Will surely use precision if I have any garage door issues.

Google5My door was in need of service. I was able to get a same day appointment. Carlos was great. His attention to detail, courtesy and ability to explain what was needed were outstanding. He also walked me through what he had done and showed me how I could do the yearly service myself. He informed me about more durable rollers which I will get at a later date. Very, very pleased with him and his work. Great company !
