Yelp5Excellent service and fair pricing! The field technician, Humberto Rodriguez, is professional, friendly and kind. Had my garage door opener replaced by him, which I was very happy with. A few weeks later I started having problems with it sending error codes. Mr. Rodriguez came out again and discovered the ball bearings were beginning to push out causing the opener to display codes and stop working. Fixed it there and then and recommended also replacing the wheels soon and had me listen to it to understand the issue. Will be replacing them next month and again using R&Q. I highly recommend this company and Mr. Rodriguez.

Yelp5My husband called R&Q after he "broke" our garage door. Actually a broom handle got in the way when he tried closing the door. It was a Saturday afternoon when my husband called and Bert said he could be out within an hour or so. We were so relieved to hear that we couldn't get the door to close all the way. Bert got the door repaired in less than an hour and for a reasonable price on a weekend.

The owner responded right away and gave me a fair reasonable quote .The owner came out the next day and installed my new garage door. Yelp5I've had R&Q replace my garage door opener. I had a couple of issues that were relating to the track line, and the weatherstripping under the door. They have come out a few times and never had an issue doing so. I'm pleased with my experience with them and can recommend them to anyone.
