Nicer than any other garage door company, even than the Vallejo franchise. A definite winner! Services Rendered: Previously had done business with R and S in Vallejo. We have a nice older house in Fairmont which has a one car garage. Prior bid was $2000 to replace original door. The gentleman who came out to give us a bid was very nice, very easy to do business with. They replaced the door with a top grade fold up door with windows, removed old shelving above door in garage and hauled wood away, were prompt and courteous.

see above Services Rendered: Came home from work and garage door would not open. Turned out had a broken spring. Called them R&S after hours in the night and they have an emergency number that allows you to speak to someone live and person assureed me they would be able to take care of the problem in the morning. Called next morning, they sent someone out within hours and repair was made on the spot. Technician was professional and when finsihed took the time tol walk me through all the preventive measures to take in terms of lubrication where and how often to prevent any furthert issues.

I had a late night emergency to get my car which was locked in my garage. The first guy was great, but didn't have the specific part to fix my garage door opener. another guy had to come the following monday to fix it. He fixed it incorrectly, and i was also assessed a 2nd charge for the second visit. The first guy came back to fix it and he was great. Apparently the 2nd guy just put the spring backwards. Services Rendered: Fix broken garage door. Company fully examined door & motor, and also oiled/tightened the screws & adjusted the springs.

They were amazing from the get go. I could not get my car out of the garage on Sunday. When I called them, they said they could help but asked if I wanted to wait until Monday to avoid the "emergency" charge. I decided to wait and they scheduled a replacement for the next day. John H. was the technician that arrived to do the replacement. Talk about taking pride in his work!! He thoroughly explained what he was going to do. But beyond just replacing the motor and rails, he tightened all of the nuts on the door and lubricated everything. He then inspected and tuned up the other single garage door to prevent future problems on that door also. Good old fashioned service with a smile. Services Rendered: I had my 30 year old garage door opener replaced.

On balance, well. Came on time, worked on estimate, and door works fine. Services Rendered: Repaired garage door twice. First time was fair job, alignment was a problem, likely because of a new employee. Second time, some months later, replaced bearings and failed parts. Services unrelated. Second time, much better with skilled technician.
