Yelp5As usual, I am detailed person and I do not put my comments or reviews too often. When I add my review, it is my truly recommendation. My garage door has issues in the evening of November 15. When I took photos and text to the owner, he pointed out it's "Spring" issue and need to replace and provided me quote... Although it's evening and considered emergency, he provided very reasonable price. From my observation, he is professional and very knowledgeable. He only spent less than 30 minutes to complete. I am totally satisfied about his work. I definitely will refer to my friends...

Yelp5I am glad that I found Rob. The spring on my garage door broke on Tuesday evening. I searched for garage door service and found Rob. I called him and felt that he is very experienced and knowledgeable. His quote is reasonable and competitive. We met at 7:30am the next day and within 30 minutes he completed the job as promised. In addition to replacing the door springs, he also taught me how to take care of the garage door, such as lube the moving parts, seal the small gap on the door, install garage door threshold, etc. I highly recommend Rob for garage door related services.

Yelp5I sent RCO some pictures of our Martin garage door, where the large single spring had snapped. They gave us a couple of options for replacing the spring, either with another single or with two. We went with two and they did a great job of fixing everything. We had another quote from a company on yelp that also had very good reviews, and the 'other company's' quote was more than twice what RCO charged. I think if you look at the cost of springs and the amount of time taken to complete this job, RCO was super fair and the other company was not. So why not go with RCO? I will from now on.

Yelp5Robert does it again! 10 out of 10! Called him yesterday regarding a broken spring rendering the door useless. Robert requested a few garage door pics to confirm what was needed. Stated he would be over today between 10-12, texted me with a twenty minute notice of his arrival within the timeframe. Arrived and repair/door check up was completed in 30 minutes. Would recommend to all. Great businessman.

Yelp5Rob is incredible! If I could give 6 stars I would. I backed into my garage door while it was closing on July 4, leaving it twisted and inoperable. I called and left a message for him and received a call back the same day, while he was on a camping vacation! He came the next day on his way home, and had the door operational in less than half an hour for a total charge of $125. How I wish more businesses were as honest, forthright and reliable as Robert. Having the Zelle payment option was great also. He pointed out the door was cracked (nothing to do with the problem he came for) and would have to be replaced at some point. When I eventually need a new system he will get the business for sure.

Yelp5Had a slight problem with one of the garage wheels going off track. Called a couple of businesses and explained the situation. A lof of businesses were either not answering my call or would charge an inspection fee of $150+. Finally called RCO and told him of my problem and said he would only charge me $29. Came to my house, put the wheel back on track and even inspected it a couple of times to see what caused it and realigned the track a bit. Total cost, $29, as advertised. My Zelle app wasnt working and after a couple of attempts, he mentioned to just pay him when I get it to work. Total trust! I did pay later. Will definitely call for future garage door problems!

Yelp5I don't normally post reviews, but due to the service I got from Robert, I felt like I needed to. His communication was great and he's very reliable. Love how I can do online payments because my garage opener was located at my rental property, which was very far from where I live. Definitely recommend. He also would give suggestions to help save you money!
