Angi5We were in need of a new kitchen/dining area redesign and heard of the company Rosegold Builders, who specialized in Kitchen and Flooring remodeling. We met with Aviv and his head of team and looked at the many samples for our kitchen remodeling project. On the second meeting, and after we decided on what we wanted them to do at our house, we discussed and agreed on the proceed and schedule times for when the work was going to start and how it was going to proceed for the finished kitchen. We are very happy with our new kitchen as it all came out as planned and is beautiful!!! Services Rendered: Kitchen project

Angi5Aviv was definitely great to work with. We needed help with our first floor - it was feeling cramped, old, and we were looking for someone who could see the potential. We had met with several contractors in our area and we never felt like we could trust the person across from us, until we met with Aviv. During our initial meeting, Aviv definitely saw the great potential and came up with an idea that could achieve our end goals but not lose the functionality of our space. The subcontractors that Aviv works with are top notch and have the utmost respect for the work that Aviv does. Everyone was always very professional, even when I was working from home while they were working away on the remodel. Aviv kept us up to speed on budget and we were easily able to stay within the range we planned for. There were no "bad" moments or big changes in the orders - which we kept anticipating, based on all of our friends' experiences with Rosegold Builders. Services Rendered: General remodeling project

Angi5AWESOME! Our remodeling project with Rosegold Builders went very smoothly, fast, persist and we absolutely owe it all to Adam. Our remodeling project included the totally overhaul of our kitchen, living room, family room and a guest bathroom. Adam knows all the best vendors and places in town for appliances, kitchen cabinets, marble, electricity and wood flooring. Everyone that he referred us to, was very professional and courteous. Adam also provided us with detailed sketches that helped us tremendously with the new look of the spaces so we can get the feel of the final product. Adam worked with us hand in hand to insure everything is accomplished in the best order and within the time frame. We especially valued the attention to all the small details that was given by all the people who did the work and that at the end… made this remodeling project look wonderful. Angi5I chose the Rosegold Builders & Design for my home remodeling project after one of my neighbors who hired them for a large remodeling project was very pleased and happy with the whole process and final results of the work that they did for them. The main reasons that caused us to also hire them were 1) They gave us a detailed time schedule of the work and that they made is happen with no excuses. 2) All the workers and project manager came to the house each day and worked full days). 3) We had a scheduled meetings that covered the design and progress of the work during the remodeling project. 4) We had a constant contact with the office and the project manager that always answered us promptly to any of our questions and concerns 5) They were all professional, hardworking people that made sure to leave the house each day not before it was clean and safe. 6) And at the end we had a complete and final meeting that covered everything and also covered how we feel about the process and progress of the work in order for them to improve it for the next client. On a scale of 1-10 for the overall work… we give them 10. Services Rendered: A large remodeling project.

Angi5Rosegold Builders did an outstanding remodeling job at our house that included the entire bathroom remodeling, Kitchen remodeling, a full upgrade of the garage and few other things that we decided to do while they were working on the other stuff. During the remodeling project, we were very happy with the way they worked and handled the day by day things so we decided to add the kitchen remodeling which was performed at the same time with the rest of the project. We worked hand by hand with our project supervisor Adam. Adam always kept communicating with us about almost everything. This was very important to us because it showed and proved us how important is to partner each stage of the work and to be part of the decisions which brought our remodeling to a huge success. Our daily short meetings with Adam also helped us to take our original designs and improving them while making them a reality. The team of people that were the ones that did the actual work, were very skilled in their own trades. During the work, Adam and the team came across many challenges that required solutions. Adam was able to provide the best solutions for all of them. The final results of the entire work is no less than state of the art designs that surpassed all of our expectations. We strongly recommend Rosegold Builderts for anyone that in interesting in a very professional contractor. Angi5We were very pleased with the first remodeling project that Rosegold Builders & Design did in our house few years ago and we decided to hire them once again to completely remodel few sections of our house. During this remodeling project, they took our ideas and vision and brought it into life. What we wanted was to have a large open space of the whole first floor while merging the kitchen with the living room and dining room areas. Our best part of having Rosegold Builders & Design performing the remodeling was how they guided us during the whole remodeling process making sure that we will take the right decisions and purchases of materials mainly when we had a contractor, a designer and a decorator working as one big team and helping us with basically everything. On top of all of that, they also did a great remodeling job, made sure that it will be based on the promised schedule and finished the remodeling project while making sure that there will be no mistakes or problems. During the work, we wanted to have some modifications that caused to change the budget. They made sure to inform us before we made the changes so we won’t have any surprises with the money. We would eagerly recommend them. Services Rendered: Rosegold did a big remodeling project at our house for the second time.

All the people including the office staff and the working team that were part of our remodeling project, from the design stage all the way to the implementation stage – were great and professional people to work with and have at our house. Their knowledge with all the latest trends, codes, materials and more in the home improvement industry merged together with our project and the combined design. The whole attention to details while keeping the functionality of the work, surpassed all the expectations we had or have. Adam and his team showed us how important is the customer service for them throughout the whole project. Adam was always available to answer all of our questions, concerns and ideas and it was a wonderful thing to experience during each and every stage of the work. Angi5We highly recommend Rosegold Builders & Design for any remodeling project you want for your house or office. This was our first remodeling project that we did with them at our new house. Adam and his team completely demolished, redesigned and remodeled the entire kitchen, bathrooms and living room spaces. On top of that, they also removed some paneling in the living room, some drywalls and designed a new open space look by taking down several walls and replaced the living room fireplace. As part of our meetings, we presented Adam some pictures of a fireplace design that we loved and wanted to have and he was able to implement it the same was how it is in the pictures. His sharp vision for details and perfectionism is really amazing. Adam treated and respected our house like it was his own house and he always made sure that the team will not leave the house before cleaning the working areas and making sure that everything is in place before anyone left for the day. We highly recommend Rosegold Builders & Design to anyone and more than that, we already referred them to some of our friends and family and we will keep to do so.
